Great location just a 10 minute walk to the strip! Swimmingpool also nice (but the water is not cooled so too hot in the sun, like every hotel in Las vegas) but nice to relax on the beds in the shade. Room was huge! Like an appartment. Best thing was te location, you walk in 10 minutes to the strip and the Linq. Its also a safe walk.

Only the pool in the summer, not refereshing.

For us this location was good , a bit off the strip , so quiet at night as we had a room facing east. I wanted a place with no Casino below, it was like no one was staying at the Platinum but it was full , easy and fast elevators , very friendly staff. Our room was very large with a separate bedroom which was nice for family. Easy access for cars, taxis or Uber , good restaurant nearby.

Maybe a little far off of the strip ?? but not so bad , Homeless people in the area , but really they seemed to be everywhere in the city. The elevators could use card access readers , anyone who enters can go to any floor - guest or not , I was actually surprised they did not have them.

Liked that it was just off the strip and away from the hustle and bustle but easy enough to walk to things. The Westin across the road had a great Starbucks which was handy and there were a couple of service stations where you could get drinks etc. It was spotlessly clean and very large rooms with a washing machine which was handy.

Our room only got serviced once which was fine. Friends we were travelling with in another three rooms never got serviced the whole time! They asked and were told it would but it never happened! Reception did have extra towels and toiletries but still would have been nice for the rooms to be serviced at least once or every couple of days would be nicer.

Huge room with all the needed, 10 min walking from the Strip. What it made me decide for this one was the complimentary self parking, to avoid any fuss from the other major hotels. Not waiting time in the check in process, far from the noise and the smoke , and , again, huge room

Maybe not that special as the other major brands can be, overall the pool, small and empty, but again, for me it was like half price, with parking included and just 10 min walking or less, so it was really a bargain

Love this hotel, have stayed here 4 times before, only thing is it needs updating in the kitchen area, could do with a electric kettle, it still has the old one that you put on a stove, also needs pans in room, shouldn't have to request them. Otherwise rooms are brilliant.

Electric kettles not an old kettle you put on stove to boil, these should be updated. Also needs pans in room you shouldn't have to request pans, Also we stayed for 9. Days and only had towels changed once, we mentioned this at reception when leaving and was told you have to request clean towels.

The hotel is located in a great area. Super close to the sphere and the high roller! Visited for the Fourth of July, and it was a short distance to walk maybe 15 min to get infront of the flamingo, which is directly across from Caesars Palace, where the Fourth of July fireworks show is held. Awesome staff, everyone was nice. Very easy checking in and out. Parking is included in pretty safe. Need a hotel key to access the hotel rooms/elevator. Overall a great stay.

Took a bit to get extra towels, but it was busy, so it was understandable.

Apartment is very big, our apartment had a hidden washing and drier with a small detergent pack, kitchen had brand new dish soap/sponge and a couple of tablets for the washing machine and filter hood is actually doing some filtering. AC controls in the room that could be stopped during night and AC card preinstalled to be able to run it while outside the room. Amazing view from the windows when facing the front of the hotel towards the Strip although some noises from Polo Towers big construction site could be heard at night (more like beeps from trucks). Good/normal prices at a small shop next to reception. 3 Fast elevators. At the end of the long hallway a big window with the Sphere view. They were able to give us 1 hour later checkout. Debit card security of 250$ was released instantly at check-out.

Except cutlery the rest of the kitchen cabinets were not exactly clean. Fridge had a couple of stains and a bit of a smell. Pots are minimum and a bit dated. Balcony is too hot to be used, and some cooking smells were coming. Cleanup is only done upon request with 24hours ahead (I would consider early morning request enough), and they "forgot" to refill the toiletries. Microwave oven had the spinning tray not working. Distance to the strip a bit too long to walk with high temperatures and bus is rare (every 20 min). Parking in a side slop a bit difficult. Getting further back from the hotel opposed to the center the surroundings become more unsafe.

The location of the property is close enough to casinos but far enough that you’re not amongst throngs of people. My unit had a washer/dryer unit, a full kitchen and a balcony to relax in. The rooms are amazingly spacious, as was the soaking tub in the generously sized bathroom, although the shower stall was extremely small. Another cool feature was the bottle of wine I was greeted with upon arrival. Very nice touch.

It seemed that there were a lot of scantily clad women at all times. I would not consider it family friendly for this reason. My unit also had a few sections of floor tile that were chipped out, which I brought to the attention of the front desk, in addition to the room not being cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. Also, purchase insurance in case your trip is delayed since this hotel will not refund any unused portion of your stay.

Came to Vegas with my girls and stayed in an executive suite. It was wonderful! We loved how roomy and spacious it was, the kitchenette was great, and the bathroom was perfect for five girls all getting ready at the same time! I was impressed by how clean the area outside was, along with the parking garage. It felt safe and secure. I loved having charging stations inside the garage for my vehicle. Such a pleasant surprise! I also liked the location - I don't like staying on the strip, just close to it. This was perfect! And I loved the easy access to the airport! Super bonus for us. Thank you for a good experience. I will definitely consider staying here again!

If I had one complaint it would be that I didn't love how dark (black) everything was. My first impression driving up to the hotel was "this doesn't look so great. It's kind of blah. The grey and black aren't doing anything for this place. And definitely not a welcoming entrance. But, the rooms are great, the staff is kind, and all in all we had a great experience!
