Lovely setting, helpful staff with very nice room.

Could not use full facilities as the restaurant is closed on Sundays and the pool was also closed although understandable as it was October, but the weather was exceptionally warm.

Peaceful but convenient location. Well maintained, clean, parking. Took dinner, it was delicious, fresh, Spanish food at its best. Great breakfast too! My hosts were excellent

Our room was nicely decorated like the whole accommodation. The pool and natural surroundings were refreshing. We also appreciated the safe parking.

It's a pity that there was no fridge in the room and the breakfast would need more options.

Beautiful gardens, quiet and peaceful. Lovely room - a junior suite. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Restaurant was closed, but local places if you drive to eat

The place is very beautiful and clean, only 10 min driving from Cuenca.

I could hear absolutelly everything from the next room, not able to sleep till late as my could hear the people at the next room talking. There is no possibility to buy anything like a snack, soda, beer or whatever on the site at night ( at least I was not told if there is a way). So don't forget to bring something in case you are hungry.

My wife and I booked the place because restaurant facilities were offered on the Booking.com listing. When we arrived there was no food available. Had to drive 30kms round trip to a supermarket to purchase and create our evening meal. To be fair, the site did lend us the use of two plates and cutlery. Before arrival we received a message requesting us to check-in online, which we duly did, and this was confirmed OK in a reply from the site. Online checking-in is a very tiresome process when one is on a long road trip between locations. On arrival, however, we were asked to provide a passport as the site's online check-in system had 'failed'. We then discovered the site's wi-fi was not working. In our room the shower within the bath was somewhat precarious - and there were numerous very conspicuous long black hairs (from a previous guest?) stuck to the tiles on one bathroom wall. Yuk! A disappointing breakfast, which included a few pieces of 'ham' and 'cheese', both of which were of a 'very processed' variety served along with one and a half pieces of toast (in Spain? Really?). The orange 'juice' was awful but the Greek yoghurt with a few nuts was OK. In summary we did not feel at all welcome. Moreover, we felt we were more of a nuisance to the staff having to cater for us. Thankfully we only booked for one night and were glad to be on our way.
