Great location to walk to Old Town as well as Sawmill for multiple restaurants. There is a beautiful fire place in the lobby to sit in front of. We had a beautiful view of hot air balloons taking off every morning out of our window plus a view of the mountain.

It was very loud in the hallway from the staff in the morning (starting at 6AM) and they had an event one night which filled the parking lot. People were extremely loud in the hallway all night. The walls are very thin. The shower was not very strong and there should be a fan in the bathroom as the door opens right into a bed.

Gardens, fountains, interior decor, building, location, pool and hot tub - all were terrific. Restaurant LVL 5 was terrific.

Staff did not know the area; could not answer questions about getting to places or things to see that aren't the most obvious. But this was true at Sawmill, the national monument, and so forth. Or the history/background of things. Best to come prepared with your maps, routes, history of each place... LVL5 restaurant women's bathroom lights were not on in the stalls - very strange. Hostess knew exactly how to correct this, but we had already navigated in the dark - like camping.

My room was very quiet and comfortable and had a wonderful view of the Sandias.

I wish the pool had been cleaned up quicker after the windstorm. I wanted to go for an evening swim, but the pool was filled with pine needles. I also wish the procedure to ask for a late check out was smoother. I requested a late check out the evening prior but was told it had to be the "day of" even though it was "first come, first served." So I called at 5:30AM and was told it had to be after 8:00AM. A lot of effort for one additional hour.

I was very impressed with the staff at Hotel Albuquerque… who were welcoming, efficient and helpful…. A particular mention to Diana on the front desk who was very patient and kind The rooms are large and the air conditioning very necessary as temperatures were well in to the thirties The Qbar was a nice place to sit for a drink and the foyer areas very comfortable

I had an adjoining room, with noisy neighbours …. But that was not the hotel’s fault. There are many functions and occasions hosted well by Hotel Albuquerque…. Which does alter the ambience .

Location is wonderful for exploring Old Town with access to a number of restaurants and museums. On site parking . The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and the view was great. Loved seeing hot air balloons in the sky in the morning. We had very nice breakfast in the hotel dining room with several healthy options.

Was not anything we did not like. Might be nice to get breakfast included or have discount on breakfast if you are staying there.

The breakfast was not included, although that would have been a nice amenity.

The food and atmosphere at the restaurant were excellent. Service was bad. We waited over 1/2 hour for margaritas. I finally went to the bar and there were 8 of them sitting there waiting to be served. Also, it would have been nice to have been offered some sort of benefit or discount there since we were staying at the hotel. The receptionist said there was a military discount but that was not the case.

The property is beautiful especially the wedding area. But the lobby area isn’t handicapped friendly the buttons to open the doors weren’t working no handicap restroom on the main floor. Staff made the stay exceptional. Lainey and Kendel went above and beyond to help. Love the location across from the Sawmill area in the heart of old town.

Not handicapped friendly no way to open doors no public handicapped bathroom and the elevators close too quickly

Their restaurant was excellent. I’m not sure if I used the WiFi or my phone company. They do not have a hotel shuttle. That would have been nice, but I lined up the green cab company before I arrived. They were excellent and the hotel was very comfortable. May be a couple of negative things, but offset by overall experience. Walking distance to everything and lots to do and see.

Lack of shuttle was annoying. Being offered a $100 limo sponsored by the hotel was stupid when cab was only $28. Breakfast was just coffee and some buns. Understand they have a restaurant, but price was over $1,300 for 2 for 2 nights! Kind of expect a bit more for that price.

Top rated hotel that lives up to it reputation. Located only a five minute walk from "Old Town" Albuquerque, we were able to see the Christmas Eve events and displays of the historic district.

We liked everything!!! They promoted their breakfast buffet starting at 11 AM, but we also learned that if we arrive between 7:00 and 11:00 AM, we could order from the menu at a regular rate. It was affordable, time-saving, and convenient

Location was great for walking to Sawmill Market and Old Town, convenient to I-40. Room was a nice size and comfortable. Staff all very pleasant. Beautiful lobby, patio and a great pool.

Hotel administration is disorganised. Originally booked for a wedding and different guests were told different rates (even mother of bride wasn't offered the agreed discount rates so went elsewhere). First booking was self booked and front staff unable to reconcile Booking.com rates so were directed to a phone number only to be redirected to the front staff, ultimately just booked through Booking.com for best rates and convenience.
