Nice location, the way they communicate (quickly and clearly) and very helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing . The room location is perfect and in the middle of Prati area, central to everything needed, walk train, taxi. Close to all shops and great restaurants, but not in tourist areas thankfully. The value for the price was wonderful. and it was last minute. It was clean and had the bare minimum for what was needed, totally appropriate for the low price we paid. Very safe beautiful building. Responsive team. They gave me more coffees for the room which is my favorite. I sort of would like the people to run this place to be my friends they are so wonderful! It is near a grocery store and so many cafes! Comfy bed.

I would say the room we stayed in was more rustic and provincial than the photos but we did not mind. There is a hot kettle with 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups and shampoo, nothing else. But yes clean bedding clean room clean bathroom clean towels. Older style room. But fine for us and such perfect location and price!

Self check-in and out was available, which was good for the people arriving at the late night. The room was spaceful and cozy. There was refrigerator inside. The location is near Vatican city.

There was a problem during self check-in, so we should have waited for about 40 min outside. But it was not hotel's problem and the staff helped well. They didn't change to fresh towel during 4 nights stay. Every evening when we enter the room after room cleaning, we could smell some cigarettes. We had to open the window every day to ventilate.

Location was great and we really appreciate the staff. Very nice and helpful people. We've received several suggestions, which made our stay in Rome just perfect!

Noisy room. Windows are located to the street, so during the whole night we've been waked up by people walking around or street cleaners. But this is really only one negative thing we've experienced.

The staff went beyond to assure my needs were met. I was given maps and directions to every tourist place in Rome. The room was stunning. The associate taking care of cleaning seemed always so happy, which made me feel happy. The security of 3 locked entranceways made me feel safe. The espresso in the office was SO delicious! I can't say enough about this place. Centrally located shops, restaurants, spas, grocery stores everywhere! Around the corner from the Vatican. I recommend highly! - Tammie from Florida

That I didn't have more time to stay!

I have to say that the housekeeping is the best in Europe. Fantastic. Everytime I came back to my room, I felt like I am back home. Marge was so helpful.

Nothing at all. Best place to stay. Would like a jar in my room to collect water though. This way, I can drink more than 1 glass at a time.

Staff super nice and welcoming. Easy process to check in and checking out. Excellent booking transfer to and from airport service (paid separate to the accommodation). It was such a nice room on the third floor. Very clean and acceptable for a one night stay leaving early to the airport. The window setting has a beautiful fresco and antique chandelier for a nice touch (spa bath completely unnecessary in that room). Close location to the Vatican and we walked the whole way to the Colosseum, then to Trastevere and back. Good value for $

Not soundproof at all and can hear everything coming and going (however it was one night only and didn’t matter). I recommend providing an extra blanket so not to run the split system heat, it was warm during the day but cool at night. About 8 steps up to the main office but then a lift from there (if no heavy suitcase no issue, mine was 24kg for a small person :)

The Suites we perfect for our last night in Italy before flying home. Friendly service.

The apartment is close to the metro station and Vatican museum.

The location was great, so close to the sights that we wanted to see. The room was decorated nicely and the bathroom was very nice too.

It was a little annoying with the stairs trying to get our luggage down to the room but then luckily the lady there helped us to take it back upstairs. Also, we did not like the self check-in as we needed help from someone nearby and the next night we had to help a lady across from us because it wasn’t working for her as well.
