Comfy single bed. Decent shower. Helpful staff, let me leave my luggage for a bit. Great location, right by concatedral. Plenty of shops, bars etc nearby. Restaurant right next door did a lovely vegetable stew. There was also a nice bookshop a few doors down. Bus and train stations were also quite walkable.

Room wasn't huge. A drawer or drawers would have been nice. Potentially a bit noisy. When I let myself in the main door of the pensión with all my luggage, I struggled a bit as the door was heavy and the light didn't come on.

Wonderful location. Incredible view from the little balcony. Comfortable pretty room.

Because of Calle Portalles it is quite noisy with diners at night and then street cleaners come at dawn. Earplugs helped!

City centre location. Staff were very welcoming and found a place for my bicycle, which was very welcome.

A bit hard to find, but that might be me being a bit thick. Stairway is shared with other residents and could have been cleaner, but the pension itself was fine.

Best comforter I have experienced in a multiple week trip. Usually they are too big, too heavy, too warm. This one was soft, bright white, light-weight, and perfect. For that alone, a 9.

No complaints. It was a little strange - the 3 key system and if I had had clothing to wash, I would likely have been frustrated because there was no place to hang them to dry. But I didn’t.

Location.

The first of 2 girls, the younger one, did not offer advise or suggestions. She was short spoken, I had to call her on the phone and insist she give me the wifi. She wanted me to go down the hall instead. I am fully bilingual, so there was no misunderstanding.

Fabulous location, central to everything. The room was comfortable with the room fan. Clean.

The morning host ( young woman)was not very hospitable and reluctant to assist us. The young man who helped us in the evening was very kind.

Very central location, opposite santa maria Church. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very secure and staff were very helpfull. We wanted to stay an additional night, but they were full. The receptionist was very helpful and booked us into a nearby hotel.

The only negative was that the room had no view from the window.

The location was fabulous! First private room in awhile, and I really enjoyed the privacy. Slept great! Logrono is such a fun place to stay. Enjoyed walking around and of course enjoyed the wonderful wine & tapas!

Air conditioning would have been great as it was unseasonably warm but this didn’t detract from a great hotel

Our room is warm n nice n Boris, the staff is very helpful. He helped us to call the chinese restaurant n translate to the owner that we wish to order food delivery. He even let us use the reception area to have our meal together. Location is good, just next to the church n nearby there are shops around. It is also near the bus stop n there is a bus service to take us to a big shopping mall as we need to buy jackets since it started to snow suddenly.

The only "bad" thing is the room, we are in is rather small.
