Came a few times already and for the first time I experience a negative point. I got ready in my room to go for a swim when I got to the pool, staff told me that I needed to book a time slot. And that I could not swim now as the pool was full. ( acceptance for pool, sauna & Hamman is 20 pax. Max. For all together ) So very frustrated, I did book late in the evening because that was the only space avaible. When my time came up, I did not feel at all going as I was sleepy. Very sad because I did book the hotel for the facilities that I could not use !!!

Very nice spa resort just outside Brussels. Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice spa facilities with indoor pool and both dry and steam sauna. Breakfast is super! Bar is nice as well with good cocktails! Evening restaurant is nice, option for a la cart or buffet. Very nice surrounding forest with walking and bicycle trails.

Pool water was a little too cold for me but maybe it’s subjective. I was missing a jacuzzi as well. Water wasn’t the cleanest in the pool too but overall a good spa experience.

Fantastic facilities, gives the impression of being in the middle of the countryside but is well located for La Hulpe centre, Restaurant is extremely good and although a little expensive, plenty of type 2 chargers.

Although the rooms are extremely well appointed, the lack of central light controls, usb/plugs near the bed is a little annoying. Bathrooms are very nice but no dedicated shower and bath shower is only a hand held unit mounted on the wall.

Very close to the Claris clinic. Good breakfast. Fantastic location being in the middle of a forest/domain, great walk and other (free or cheap) activities possible.

- Restaurant options too reduced and pricey (not good value for money) - Cleanliness very good except for bad (old) stains on sofa bed mattress. - Service a bit hectic: 1. Asked for room cleanup at a certain time which was not respected. 2. Booked room with sofa bed for 2 adults + child but sofa bed didn't have bedsheets (had to ask). - no facilities for young kids (like a playground which would be so easy and helpful to add)

The accommodation is situated a bit outside the crowded areas of the city of Brussels. Apart from some background noice of aircrafts every now and then the area is pleasantly quiet. The staff at the reception desk is very welcoming and helpful. This counts also for the staff at the breakfast buffet which is very polite and friendly. The room we booked was clean, well-maintained and relatively spacious. The breakfast buffet offered quite some choice.

The free parking space, the service, the staff, the restaurant, swimming pool and the sauna and the fitness room as well.

- The hammam room was out of service and I wasn’t informed about it prior - It would have been nice to have the option to have a locker for people staying as well. Because walking around in bathrobes to get to the facilities wasn’t always confortable nor practical, given the fact that I had to pass by the entrance, the bar, the lift on my way from and to/ the room.

Great breakfast buffet, gastronomically interesting dinner. Big Finnish sauna, 15 meter pool, extensive forests which are great for running and hiking. Best spots: The gardens and ponds around the Castle of La Hulpe.

My room was nicely furnished, but the interior felt a bit outdated. The carpets were cleaned properly, but showed signs of aging. The general look and feel of the room could be improved with some small improvements/fixes to keep it in splendid condition.

Loved the location (barring journey there) Events on for Easter, man in bunny costume brilliant for kids, bouncy castle. Staff very friendly and accommodating Pool nice size and temperature Breakfast good Good check out time good

Roadworks effected journey to location and autorouting on sat navs to hotel didn't take into account the roadworks, had to rely on a map, it was an old map of Europe, one from the dark ages and to be honest that also turned into a small nightmare with 2 screaming kids in the car. Not hotels fault, but just for others, be aware it's a bit out of the way especially with roadworks, so if you travel with kids pass them a sedative.

It was luxurious. Staff was kind and helpful, they spoke multiple languages. Swimming was nice. it was a great experience to wake up looking at a peaceful forest, really calms the mind. I loved the smells and some of the interior designs when walking through the hotel. The breakfast was good, also very beautiful place to sit.

swimming pool water was a little bit on the colder side, but was fine after actively swimming, just not if you want to relax. Something like a jacuzzi would have been great as well. Sauna a bit too hot for me personally, showers at the swimming pool were not possible to regulate. so temperatures were a bit of an issue in and around the swimming pool. So we did enjoy, but it could have been even better.

Great location, friendly staff, very good breakfast, defintely worth a long weekend getaway. Positively surprised by the facilities on offer (not just on paper/or advertised), they actually are there to enjoy.

The drive from the highway by car to the hotel. Had from the hotel staff the info that some roads are closed due to road works, still lack of signs regarding the detour on the roads itself (of course not the hotels fault). Drive a little bit adventurous at night due to the mentioned issue.
