Raymond was helpful even prior to our arrival, sending information about Mount Bromo jeep tours and how to get to and from the property. He came to pick us up from Surabaya and took us to Madakaripura Waterfall en route; the next day, when we left, he drove us to Probolinggo station. He had also given us a late check-out to enable us to sleep after our 2.30 a.m. start. The gardens round the rooms are beautifully maintained and having a coffee bar (and source of Bintang beer!) at reception is really welcome.

It's inevitable in this area, but there's a lot of noise from the road. as the road is bendy and absolutely filled with noisy jeeps and motorbikes going up and down to Bromo. The noise does lessen for the early part of the night though (and then starts up again from about 1.30 a.m.).

1. The bedroom is comfortable, the pillows are not too thick and hard. There is hot water to take a bath. 2. The restaurant menu is variative and delicious. We tried twice these following food, rawon, tuna rice mentai, chicken katsu mentai. Yummy... 3. The Bromo Trip to 4 places by jeep is organized by Mr Raymond (IDR850,000 excl. ticket, ojek motorcycle at love hills, horse riding), the owner. The jeep leaves at 2 am and Mr Raymond made sure that we have waken up at 1.45 am. The trip to the 1st location takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. You cannot miss the sunrise, imo it's the highlight of the trip, specially the bright stars and the sky color changing from purple-orange to orange-yellow 💜🧡💛

1. There is no air conditioner. It's true that we don't need it at night. But at noon and evening, the weather is not that cold and the big fan provided is insufficient. 2. The bed and toilet is too close. Please provide curtain or door between them.

The property was amazing and perfectly located for doing the bromo sunrise tour. Raymond was very helpful and organised private transfers from the airport as well as the jeep sunrise tour to bromo. We also did the madakaripura waterfall which Raymond organised too, I would definitely recommend if you have some time in bromo after the sunrise tour! The breakfast we had was amazing, they cater very well for vegetarians if you let them know in advance. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The shower was very warm with good water pressure. The site was very relaxing with beautiful plants and surroundings.

The only downside is the noisy call to prayer five times a day from the local mosque but this can’t be helped and probably is the same noise for all accommodation in the area!

We loved everything about it! The location (a 45-minute jeep ride away from Bromo), the comfortable beds, the quaint and clean cabins and the gardens, designed with a keen artistic eye. But above all, the owners! They went out of their way to make our stay delightful: they organized our transportation and our trips; they provided our children with badmington rackets. And when they saw how curious we were about tasting local fruit, they treated us to different fruit every day. This is a family business, built from scratch, and you can tell that they really about their establishment and that they enjoy meeting people. People who've been to Indonesia know how friendly and generous the vast majority of Indonesians are with tourists, so when we say these were the most generous we've met so far, that's really saying something.

The only downside is that the area (not the hotel itself) is a bit noisy due to traffic and prayers. But then again, for us, that was the case practically everywhere in Indonesia, so we don't think you could hold this against this establishment!

I stayed one night. It a very nice experience to sleep in a “glam” camping as they call it. Take you to the Bromo volcan in a private jeep and then to the cracter. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. Picked me up and brought me back to the station for a fair price.

The breakfast did not have many choices.

Mr. Raymond from bromo camp house helped me to arrange site seeing places in bromolingo province to visit. After visiting madakaripura waterfall on the way back to the camp house we stop by at Durian fruit storage warehouse and try out a tasty durian where the area surrounded by durian orchard and ocean view.

The hotel is made by tent-like rooms, all separated and with their own bathroom, as in the pictures. The garden was great, the room was nice - a bit small, but clean and I love the way they look from the outside. The breakfast is good and staff nice

Not all personnel at the reception is fluent in English, but they all try to be nice and helpful

Host was accommodating and helped organise all my activities (mount bromo + madakaripura waterfall) cabin was good for 2 nights, with all the things one needs.

There was a big spider in the room, although staff came and sorted it out quickly!

I nice place if you like to have a simple and comfortable stay, very particular. Clean, nice staff and well organized if you need the tour for mount promo or if you need to go to Surabaya airport with a driver.

The boss and staff always keep smiles and they helped us a lot. The boss is very friendly and very easy to talk. And the breakfast is very yummy, love it. The boss also helped us rent a jeep to the Mountain Bromo and he drives us to airport is really helpful.
