The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast staff was very helpful and accommodating. I loved the late 12 noon checkout to get the extra much needed sleep.

My flight arrived at 1am and I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to have access to the shuttle at that time since that was one of the main reasons why I chose this particular hotel. Parking was not pleasant either since 2 trucks took up 2 parking spots and Hertz had like more than 6 that weren't available to use. It felt extra tiring to have to park outside of the hotel parking lot after being very tired from arriving late from travel

Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Location was excellent for our plans in the area. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy and breakfast was delicious.

We were unable to enter the lobby prior to check in until the desk clerk opened it for us as it was locked for key card access only (though this may have been because we arrived around 10PM). Also, we could not adjust the settings on the air conditioning unit in our room, but the temperature of the room was comfortable throughout the night.

Hotel is in a great location, the airport is less than 10 minutes away and the hotel has a great shuttle service that starts running early. The beds are comfortable and it has all the sorts of amenities you'd expect e.g. hairdryer, basic toiletries. Great place to stay for a night before or after you fly.

We were put in a room next to an ice machine, which came on every few minutes and sounded like someone was teleporting into the room. We were tired so managed to sleep through it but it didn't make it easy. We left too early for breakfast as it's 6am on Saturdays, would have appreciated either a no-breakfast rate or a grab and go option as we had to pay for it with the room.

The hotel is close to Washington Dulles which is convenient - especially with the complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle only runs to midnight (we had to uber to the hotel since we arrived later than that). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very decent, more than enough to stay one night at. We were surprised that the breakfast was also complimentary, booking.com didn't mention that.

The communication about our check-in was annoying. We were informed several times that the check-in is only possible until midnight. Our plane arrived later, so we contacted the hotel in advance and everything seemed fine. But we received another mail shortly before arrival that check-in is not possible after midnight. We called again and there was no problem at all. When we arrived, they even had a 24h reception. Don't know why they made such a fuss about the check-in time. Don't expect much for the breakfast, but we didn't even though it was complimentary, so no complaint here.

Clean and convenient to a nearby restaurant . It had a shuttle to the airport.

No pool for the price . It needed healthy alternatives for food. The housing staff needs to check to find out which rooms are ready for cleaning because it was 0945 am and she was trying to get in my room and I was still there. I would think they would have a list of people who have checked out so far.

Great hotel located near the airport. Very private, I hear no noise during the night. Great amenities and comes with free breakfast. =)

There aren't much restaurants nearby except for a Cracker Barrel (great restaurant) and it's hard to find grocery and convenient stores close by. The closest one is a gas station which is hard to get to because there are no sidewalks, just streets and a wide busy one.

I would like to see a reduction in disposable plates, cups and silverware at breakfast. This seemed very wasteful. It was difficult to find information on where the shuttle bus picked up from at the airport, with the result that we waited at the wrong stop and missed our stop first time around. Given that there are no signs indicating which hotel picks up from which stop, ideally it would have been great if the bus had stopped at both 2c and 2g.

Airport shuttle was good, excellent complimentary breakfast, courteous staff, nice clean room, very comfortable bedding, modern bathroom, clean property, friendly staff, two elevators. It’s a perfect place to crash for a night before or after the flight. Also, a perfect place for a family outing.

Had difficulty in finding a parking spot as there were hundreds of cars parked in the parking lot. However, hotel has a huge parking lot and eventually found some vacant spots at the far corner.

Easy enough access to the metro through the airport. Good coffee, great location for my purposes. Shuttle service is very helpful and staff are friendly. Good price for what it provides.

Wifi was down for a bit one day, but it came back after a few hours.

The staff was friendly and helpful. And they provided both an early check in and early check out. Shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The tub in particular did not look like it had been fully cleaned and I needed to rinse it out.
