The location , the pool.

I didn't like the all inclusive, except for the beer, white wine and the apple juice. One example: the fish pane was not cooked at all.There are more others , as an overall the food was not cooked very good. The drinking water still and mineral had a funny taste ( as chlorine). The pools must be managed by staff hotel, because the guest "reserved" the pool chairs with towels even that they didn't use them for more than 1 h . They started to "reserve" the pool chiars at the first hour in the morning. Not to mention that the pool with 1.6m deep wasn't used by the guests that "reserved" the pool chairs.

Amazing place with beautiful views located between the mountains and the sea. Staff was kind and polite,specially reception and animation team which were amazing .We booked twin double rooms which we found clean and well organised. The only bad thing was the cleaning service which didn't changed our towels until we asked for them to do so,also the sheets weren't changed at all during our 5 nights stay. Another suggestion for improvement is to diversify the food ,every day the same rice and chiken drumsticks.

Great place for family with friendly staff specially Krisy and Gerry animators!Also food and drinks are great and served almost all day.Bar by the pool is stocked with all kind of drinks with excellent bartender Encho! We will be back for sure again!

Parking is pricey and not on hotel property

The hotel has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The pools are great with plenty of space for everyone. There are lots of activities for kids as well. The walk to the center (beach) is about 5-6 min counted at return to hotel (uphill) and with a small kid. There are a few stairs to climb if you wanna make the road short. Otherwise, you can go around on the street. The room was spacious and got cleaned daily. The restaurant is very clean, the staff was very organzied and the food was diverse with plenty of different options at each meal that got changed daily. We stayed for 4 days, and every day, we tried something different.

The mattresses need to be changed. Our room had one bed with a decent one and another one that needs replacement.

Location - close to the sea, within easy walking distance. The 750 steps mentioned in previous comments are not true. There are 195 steps to the sea, but you don't have to climb the stairs all the way, the steps are very conveniently placed. Food - meals are available all day (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, supper until 21.30). Bars are open until 23.00. The food is varied and tasty. Very many young people, but quite quiet. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beach towels can be changed every day or even several times a day.

A deposit of BGN 20 or EUR is required for beach towels. You take the money with you when you leave, so it's better to leave it in euros, as you may not have anywhere to spend the Bulgarian money you take when you leave. The staff are young people, I had the impression that they are very tired, don't know much, lack politeness and smiles. Beach towels can be exchanged at the SPA, but the opening hours are unclear. If you want to change early in the morning or later in the evening, you will not be able to do so.

No air-condition in room but was ok

Staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff. Food was good, always will find something to your liking, especially the traditional Bulgarian food. Different games were fun during the day.

Mosquitos are real nightmare if don't have bracelet for protection or spray for them. Evening entertainment was not always up to my liking. Tiles are extremely slippery around the pool after rain, otherwise on daily use is not that bad.

Beautifully clean place, always someone there cleaning and improving. Very well organised meals. Amazingly helpful staff taking care of meals.

Door alert indicating that the door is open. It makes beeping noise. Not the system for hotels when you want to minimise noise.

food can be more variety, for guests with cars ,the parking is paid 20 lev(10 euro) per day ,but I think it's the same situation in the whole resort.Anyway great value for money

The hotel and all the facilities are excellent. The property has a spa center, the animation for kids is really good! For an all inclusive hotel the food was varied and excellent. All the staff was very welcoming and very polite. The check-in and check-out was fast. All the swimming pools were clean and perfect for children. I will certainly visit again Sunrise hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!
