The woman that worked the second shift, I think her name was Katie, but I forget she was extremely helpful with changing the date on my booking.com reservation that I had made by mistake. She was the best made the whole day worth my visit. I really hope that’s her first name because she deserves the recognition.

The carpet was in pretty bad shape felt & looked dirty and I had to drive 5 miles to get to the property from the highway

Room was clean and comfortable. Entrance was a little shabby at back door. Amazingly quiet, no doors slamming or talking like most hotels. Dogs allowed, though confusing as their site says NO PETS and also as you enter it says same. I had to call to confirm that pets, dogs only, are allowed for a fee of $15 per night.

What a solid place to stay!! Nothing fancy, nothing crazy, but a good affordable place to lay your head and get some sleep. The gentleman who checked me in was super cool! He was on the younger side and wore a nice vest over his long sleeve, perhaps the manager? Or one of them? Anyway, what a nice guy! For the rooms, it was pretty good! I had a double queen room for a few nights and the one thing I will say is that after the 2nd night, I moved to the other bed because the 1st one was quite hard. That being said, some folks like hard beds, some like soft and at a hotel, it's rather difficult to find the happy middle sometimes haha so I won't hold it against the property. Other than that, great room! The Bathroom, was pretty solid as well! Nice clean toilet, shower and sink. No issues at all thankfully because other places I've stayed have been the complete opposite 😬😅. Breakfast was quite nice! They had waffles (via waffle maker)and all the extras that come like butter, syrup, and even powdered sugar! , bread for toast, yogurt , orange and apple juice, cereal, and coffee so white the selection. Overall, this place is a good place to stay! Budget hotel that looks like it's got itself together and not falling apart everywhere, solid staff and housekeepers and good breakfast! I'd come stay again if a could!👍🏾

The only thing I would say is that the mattresses were a bit too hard for me but that’s not the end of the world but other than that, nothing!

Nice and clean with VERY helpful staff. We arrived quite late and the gentleman behind the desk was so very kind and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Prices have sure gone up! But it’s everywhere so really no complaints at all. The carpet in the halls is dated…

Room was tidy and clean. Beds were comfortable, linens clean and well kept. Property was tidy and in good condition. Location was excellent for us to access all activities we wanted to pursue.

Rates could have been a little less, but I do understand that it was peek traveling season. Would have liked to see more comfortable chair in room.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, and the location of the motel was good. The young lady who checked me in had such a pleasant attitude and was very personable. I really enjoyed speaking with her.

The hair dryer didn't work so my wife wasn't able to wash and dry her hair which you know how that is.. there were only local channels and the TV would stall at times for a minute or so. Would have been better with cable TV. The price did help compensate.

The Brooks St. Super 8 is a great deal for folks who want a comfortable, clean room with a microwave, fridge and coffee caddy. I hate paying for stuff I'm not using and all I typically need from a hotel/motel is the basics. I'm not hanging out at the hotel, so why pay more? Brooks St. Super 8 has become my go-to place in Missoula.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues (tv remote would only raise the volume - lol). The desk clerk meticulously took the information and I'm comfortable that the issues will be resolved. Definitely nothing serious.

The breakfast is good and ready for when you come down to the dining area. The staff and housekeepers are very nice and easy on the eyes.

When cleaning they could look under the bed. I seem to find something under there everytime. No biggy though I have been a housekeeper before to so don't have a problem with doing it myself I'm not some lazy guy you know haha.

Location is okay, bonus that 5 on Black (Brazilian food) is within walking distance. Kelsey was extremely helpful, as was Ralph. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Freezer was in serious red of defrosting; we couldn’t remove our freezer pack in the morning and obviously no room to use the freezer for food.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & comfortable. Motel is at the end of town & close to all the places we wanted to visit. Beautiful park & Ft Missoula in walking distance.
