It was a welcome break after a long bus journey. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have a swim in such a clean pool. Armenia felt so friendly and so safe after Bogata. It is worth spending a couple of days in this area as the shop owners and restaurants are so welcoming.. The hotel was able to look after our bags before we left. A very nice stay.

It felt quite a dated hotel and quite expensive for what they offered. They didn't offer food in the evening but there was a fabulous place next door.

The room was quiet and in a nice area of Armenia. The breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive) and the staff were lovely. There was a woman named Maria in the lobby who you could book tours with and her husband spoke fluent English. Walk around the park next door which is lovely and a nice coffee shop over the road.

The spa facilities were all turned off, and the pool was freezing cold. The gym facilities were not comprehensive (no weights etc).

Our room was very comfortable, had air conditioning, and was spacious; excellent breakfast with a complete buffet. The best of this hotel was its location in a privileged neighbourhood in Armenia near the centre city; there are stores, coffee shops, and restaurants near the hotel.

Spite of the bathroom was spacious, but it looked a little bit old and does not have air circulation; I think it needs some enhancements in that area, especially the shower room.

Location is perfect near coffee shop and beautiful green park. Rooms very fancy and clean, I liked it a lot. Pool always available and other social areas were also available. Restaurant also good, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly. You can take a taxy or bus just in front of the hotel. It's a safe area.

Just an small thing...at the beginning it seemed like the staff saved the reservation with only part of my name and not my full name and we took some time to find out which names were under reservation. But nothing serious, at the end everything went well.

It was really clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The building was nicely decorated.

The breakfast can be improved. Maybe give more options to customers.

The location is perfect if you want to get around the coffee traditional towns. Excellent breakfast.

Same breakfast everyday, no internet in our room. Bummer. They did provide us to change rooms however, it was for a smaller room.

I loved this hotel !! Retro in a nice way. It's a huge airy hotel, room was huge, very quiet, lovely bed, great shower. Cleaning staff quiet an discreet, unlike many hotels ! Breakfast was great, restaurant / room service food was also good and reasonably priced. Next to a beautiful park and about a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Definitely reccomended !!

The common areas of the hotel feel a little outdated. The rooms are fine.
