The hotel is classic Italian with classic Italian customer service and attention to detail. The location could not be more stunning - with panoramic views of the sea- and though basic, the rooms are spotless and comfortable in classic Italian style. The staff are so lovely and I stayed here 3 years ago and couldn’t not come back. Do not be put off by the 1* rating - it does not reflect the stay and experience you have here. 10/10. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were so helpful- booking restaurants and taxis everyday for my group as we did not speak Italian. Nothing was too difficult. Thank you

Although the hotel is a little dated everything was clean and well maintained. This is a place which is worth for the magnificent sea view from the rooms and the pool. The staff was always friendly and they all speak English well enough for a smooth communication.

The bed was a little too hard for my taste. The breakfast was apparently quite complete but you need to ask the staff for most of the things and there is no list you could choose from. The pool closes at 18h which is a pity, I believe one more hour would be perfect. Also the bar by the pool it's open at random hours, one day it opened around 17h while the pool closes at 18h.

First of all, I want to say that it was my first time in Ischia, and the area where I stayed was very close to the port. The bus stop that goes to the port is right next to the hotel, which was very helpful for when we wanted to go out to the city both during the day and at night. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the port by bus. The view from the rooms was superb, as you can see in the picture. The staff was very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it.

One thing I think they could improve would be the breakfast and vegetarian options. (More options for them) However, when we asked for something specific they were very nice and brought it to us. (tomatoes in our case)

- The room could have in the future a little mini-bar/refrigerator

It was a pleasant surprise for us. Firstly, we previously requested a special attention cause I am a light sleeper, and we simply got the most perfect and secluded ocean view from the island. We expected sea view as we got that room choice, but it was beyond. Everything is clean, including the very nice pool area. Breakfast could have a wider selection of fruits and fresh juices, but it was decent and what we expected. It is not a 5 stars hotel, but you can feel they take good care of the property and guests. We will be back! Thank you.

Breakfast was tasty and had an incredible view. Staff were super friendly.. Pool is amazing. Beautiful view, lovely water, lovely poolside bar. Room was clean and tidy and pleasant. Location was amazing, 20 mins walk from nearest town and port and 30 mins in other direction for ischia port with regular buses.

The menu at breakfast could be better displayed. Much of the food was kept in the kitchen to be cooked fresh (great!) but it was at times difficult to understand what was available. Hotel could do with an upgrade in general, feels a bit tired in places.

Amazing views. The location was nice, close to the bus stop and 10min walk from the closest shop. The hotel has no beach access so in order to go to the beach you have to go somewhere else on the island or pay 20eur to enter the beach club located right underneath the hotel. The beach club was very nice and worth the money if you just want to chill by the sea, there are thermal pools as well.

The breakfast choices were very poor, there was only croissants and yoghurts in the buffet. Water and juice was served in plastic cups. You could ask for scramble eggs or omelette which however comes without any bread or vegetables and its dry and not very tasty. Once we tried to ask for ham and cheese and the waitress was super annoyed.

For the price, I cannot sing this hotels praises enough! Spotlessly clean - both the rooms and communal areas are kept very clean, the pool area is immaculate. Lovely staff - the staff are all very friendly, polite and attentive, they really run the place well. Breakfast - we loved the breakfast! Simple but effective, got coffees and ham and cheese omelettes made fresh for us each morning, then had access to the pastries/ fruit etc buffet. Area - wonderful sea view (we were blessed with a sea view room). About a 5 min bus from the port where there’s beaches and restaurants and the bus stop is outside the hotel. (Slight warning - the bus timetable doesn’t seem to mean much haha, might end up waiting abit longer that planned but they do eventually come, promise!) Extra note. - we wouldn’t necessarily recommend the beach/spa below the hotel, although the access to the sea there is absolutely fantastic it’s a really lovely calm bay to swim in, the resort itself is very dirty and definitely not worth 20€ each. A definite sudden change in cleanliness from the super clean hotel pool.

It being an older building means the walls are quite thin. Unfortunately meant we heard the noisy room next door on the final evening - not particularly the hotels fault and I’m sure if we’d spoken to the staff they’d have spoken to them, but didn’t bother as was last night of the holiday. Just something to be aware of.

We absolutely loved the place. The views from the hotel to the sea were unbelievable beautiful. The pool area was very nice and it was relaxing to spend your day there. Location was good. It was about 30 minute walk from the sea port to the hotel. There was bus stop in front of the hotel and the public transportation was very handy in the island so it was easy to get to the center. Staff were friendly too. Breakfast was good: eggs, fruits, yogurts, bread and sweets.

Breakfast was perfect, excellent coffee, nice options for savory and sweet. The view from my room was incredible and the area is very quiet too. Pool facilities were also great, every bit of the hotel and the rooms were super clean and all the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Parts of the hotel are still being upgraded. My room although very nice was a bit dated. My only suggestion would be to invest in more soundproof apertures to make the rooms a bit more private.
