We've stayed here before as it is close to the motorcycle shops and Roazhon Park as well as close to restaurants and some light shopping. The staff are super friendly and, despite our best French, they spoke really good English to help us with our stay. Secure parking so reduced risk of vandalism and having a vehicle stolen. The rooms are of an adequate size, and are "budget" prices too. No bath, but the shower is decent size to have a proper scrub. Plenty of shelving and hanging space too.

Little bit of dust in our room, which set my hayfever off, but it wasn't worth worrying about. There was a fair bit of outside noise from the hallways and rooms next door, etc. The towels were a little small, as Im fairly well built, could have done with a slightly larger one. We could have asked for another one, but we didn't, but the pillows were very squishy and didn't really support the head (I normally sleep with at least 2 pillows, but we made do). Lastly, the air con seemed to not work in our room, or it had been set to meet French environmental standards. I cannot complain too much, as it is a "budget" hotel, but simple things like an extra pillow as standard would have been ideal.

The hotel room, although small was well fitted . The staff were exceptional and could not have done more. From reception to bar and restaurant, just perfect, a credit to the company.

All hotels needs to consider older customers a little more. The shower could do with a hand rail and the shower floor although anti slip was still slippy.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, clean room and good breakfast. Not many things in the area of the hotel, but still good value for money. I enjoyed also the availability of electrical sockets for slow charging the EV overnight for only 5€, I wished more hotels had it instead of expensive wallboxes.

Hotel is situated bit outside the city, without much in the direct environs, but otherwise very nice experience.

Best budget hotel we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, large comfy bed. Room maybe a bit small but perfectly adequate for our overnight stop. Good shower and loads of hot water. Good soundproofing. Breakfast good for the price. Staff outstanding, delightful young man on reception, welcoming and extremely helpful. Location just off the periferique, loads of parking. For the price couldn't fault it.

Easy to reach on the ring road around Rennes, plenty of free parking, very good buffet breakfast (at an additional cost).

Bit of a distance from the city centre, bit far too walk but there is a bus but it becomes very infrequent in the evening. Rooms are quite small. Bathroom has some limescale in the sink and shower which could easily be removed with some decent cleaning.

The beds weren't great. They were good for a couple of nights but not really for any longer. Could have done with some facilities i.e. tea and coffee etc in the room

All of it, excellent reception staff, breakfast lovely, all so fresh, rooms large, excellently placed for pheriferique, lots of restaurants around, electric vehicle charging next to hotel in Total Garage

Nothing, it lacked 2 more hooks for clothes in bathroom that s all

Convenient for ring road,easy to locate. A couple of quick food restaurants next door so no need to travel for evening meal Good value breakfast availability Friendly and helpful staff, good command of English 😀

Narrow single beds, but we’re comfortable.

This hotel is an excellent place for the Roazhan Park stadium. It is a budget hotel with no frills. so it was excellent value for money for our overnight stay They had an influx of over 200 British football fans and their service was excellent, even making sure that the staff were English speaking . Breakfast was obviously very busy but they didn’t run out of anything .
