This was possibly the best experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. The entire facility was SO clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable; I slept great, and I always have trouble sleeping well at a hotel. We were staying here for my sons wedding, so very unlikely we would have to stay again, but if we were to book a hotel in this area in the future, without a doubt, we would stay here.

This is not a negative on the hotel at all, but about the other people staying at the hotel. The only negative issue we ran into was the noisy neighbors above us. Very early in the morning they were stomping all over the room for two hours. I was starting to think, were in the world are they going? How big is that room for them to have to be traveling around so much.

Holiday inn is one of my favorite hotels. I been to several so I always expect the best. Room was awesome and bed was comfortable as always.

There were a few things at this location that surprised me. I went to check in and was told my room wasn't ready. I was told to come back at 3. So I arrived at 330 and my room still wasn't ready. So after a long trip I was upset. My room was supposed to be 106 but the young lady at the desk felt bad and found me another room on the fourth floor. So I understand this part isn't the fault of the hotel, but on the room right next to us seems like there was a hotel party. The noise was until midnight. So paying 250 a night for a room and not being able to even get sleep didn't make me happy. I told the young lady at the desk about the party and she just smiled.

Last minute book in due to prior arrangements falling through. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was very honest. I forgot my wallet at check out and recieved a call that I needed to return that I had left something. They weren't able to tell me over the phone what it was. Turned out I forgot my wallet with all of my credit cards. So grateful that they were honest.

I have nothing bad to say about this establishment.

We loved everything about this hotel! The breakfast was really good, the room was very spacious, and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We had no complaints about anything on our stay.

All was great except elevator was broken and only elevator was being used by cleaning staff. Very difficult for customers to check out.

Elevator was out. Only one elevator for many customers and cleaning staff was using elevator that worked.

It was well located for the purpose of our trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite.

Taxes overcharge. The booking $132 each for two rooms included $16.40 for taxes. At checkout 2 additional charges of $41.40 were made to our credit card. the desk clerk explained that the $41.40 was $25 booking fee which would be removed (and has been) plus $16.40 for taxes. I explained without success that this was a double charge for the taxes. since the $16.40 for each room was a double charge and that the two $25 charges have been removed, I am due a refund of $32.80

Clean. Good breakfast. Room was modern and clean.

There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs throughout the night. It sounded like some type of renovation was taking place. Lasted all night.

Excellent staff. A line of people at check in. The staff person was calm and as efficient as he could be. Ugly weather and people were coming in hoping for a room. Breakfast excellent. All staff friendly and helpful.

Checkin a bit slow due to weather

The rooms are big with comfortable beds and the room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast had a great selection.

The only complaint is that the overhead vent in the bathroom didn't work.

It was a clean, calming atmosphere.

The air/heating unit never shut off when I set it to turn off. Not sure if it was supposed to do that but it ran continuously.
