Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised by Riccione - lovely town. Location-wise this is probably further from the beach than most hotels there but still walking distance. Good communication from the hotel - booked a family room but the air con was broken so they offered us two other options. Breakfast was very well presented with a lot of options. Not massive rooms but did the job for a night or two.

A bit noisy in the corridors late at night as they are echoey and not carpeted so the noise from other people did wake me up. One of our rooms had a bit of an odd set-up…. Our toilet was separated from next door’s bathroom by an incomplete wall. In theory we could’ve peeked over the top and seen them and it was not nice to brush your teeth to the smell of someone else’s poo!! Our other room didn’t have this set-up though so that was fine.

Room was excellent as were the staff we dealt with, who were all happy and easy to work with. Location was excellent with access to restaurants and the beach! Would stay here again and totally recommend

Bathroom needed a little exhaust fan as it could get damp and little smelly from being closed.

The hotel's central location is great, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a pleasant atmosphere.

Some small issues with noise made by other guests (at unusual hours), which can be disruptive to sleep, however have been solved attentively by the staff.

quiet location, nice surroundings friendly staff room was large, balcony was charming there was a generous supply of large drawers and space for clothes and other things breakfast time was until noon and breakfast was very abundant, fresh and well served, could be also taken outside on a charming terrace

bathroom was too small, door opening inside making it worse, electric outlet high up (chair needed) with no place for electric toothbrush stand for all the space in the room, the cupboard for wardrobe was placed in a most impractical position for opening it was so high that clothes had to be hanged standing on a chair (or with a special hook which I found on my day of departure) and the chair had to be removed every time, if not it blocked the corner of the room

The staff were nice and helpful, the room were approprietly equiped, we even had netflix on our TV. The breakfast was delicious. The beach was only a five-minute walk away from the hotel.

We had some problem with the payment, and unfortunately the hotel deleted my booking after two hours, despite the fact that in their email they told that I have one day before they delete my booking.

Excellent location, friendly service, nice breakfast. Great value for money. We loved the easy and cheap and convenient parking right next to the hotel.

The quadruple room we had was a bit small, and the bathroom may need a slight update. But these are minor things for the price and location.

Very fresh and beautiful hotel. Location is perfect! Breakfast very good! Airconditioning brandnew and kept us cool at night. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had a great time with nightguard Luca, very friendly guy. The lady who served us breakfast was very professional and always had a smile on her face! Walk to the beach at the end of the street in only 5 minutes. Street is quiet but the same walk to the boulevard and there are many bars, restaurants and shops. All opened until late at night. We really enjoyed Riccione and this hotel had a big part in this!

The bathroom could do with an update. It was not as modern and up to date as the room itself. Still it was functional and very clean the rooms where very modern

nice location, very quiet away from the main streets, excellent breakfast, the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English , only a 10 minute walk to the main streets of Riccione , and to the beach

the only little thing is the parking charge at 15 euros a day I think this is a bit excessive

Super helpful, friendly and attentive staff location - short walk to the beach, nice restaurants, market, but on a quiet back street in Riccione nice private beach with shower and change facilities large family rooms with air con and balcony excellent, fresh and plentiful breakfast with good coffee Clean rooms, common areas and lots of towels provided

expensive sun beds at the beach and not close to the sea parking was tight so you need to be a confident driver or have a small car

The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of pastries, cereals, breads and bet yet, the coffee was not packet or filtered, but ground. A perfect way to start a day. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of Riccione. A great stay!
