Valeria is the kindest, sweetest person. She was the consummate host. The room was ready as indicated at 2pm and she met me at the door. Room was spotless and modern. Waterfall shower with good heat and pressure. The little balcony was adorable and great to have breakfast (although a bit hot in middle of summer) and dry bathing suits after a day at the beach. Woke up to a gorgeous sunrise each day as well as delicious homemade treats. Elevator in building was very convenient. Valeria was very communicative and helped with making reservations daily. The property also had extra umbrellas and a chair that former guests had left to use at our leisure. Location is perfect. It is located on a quiet street but minutes away from all the action (restaurants, bars, shops). The room was quiet as there is only one other room for guests.

Everything was top: the location, the view, the spotless clean room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay in lovely La Maddalena, we also had homemade cake ready for the mornings. But what we specially appreciated was the kindness of Valeria and her family, Valeria also gave us excelent tips on places to eat and to visit. We truly had a great time and felt super welcomed in La Maddalena. I hope to repeat it!

Everything was great! Valeria is so kind and welcoming. She is very available too for anything we need. The room has a nice view with a balcony, the facility is great. I would highly recommend this place.

Very worth it ! The host is great and gave us good tips where to eat and go to the beach . Very child friends and about 10 min walk from the palau ferry .

We stayed eight nights. The apartment has two rooms, one with external bathroom (where we stayed) and another one with en suite bathroom, both with a balcony and daily cleaning service. Our stay was everything we could wish for. Valeria, the owner, was always available and responsive to our needs, really caring about the guests. The place is always immaculate and super clean, which is fantastic when you come back after a day in the beach. The position is just perfect, a couple of minutes walking from the port and close to everything, yet quiet and not in the middle of a crowded area. The breakfast was top notch, every day with a delicious homemade cake that Valeria prepared the day before (a real dream during holidays!) cookies and toasts, plus different things depending on the day (sandwiches, grapes, melon, etc.). Furthermore, there was a fridge with individual space to store our own things, where Valeria always made sure there were juices, yogurt, milk and fruit (and sometimes little surprises like sliced pineapple!). We have really felt at home and we will definitely be back!

Our stay in La Maddalena has been perfect. Valeria is kind and helpful, she gave us many suggestions which helped us having our best time. The apartment is cozy and clean, and it comes with a yummy breakfast as well.

Great location, a few minute walk to the center but in a place where parking was free and easy. Super nice owner. Large room with a terrace and large bathroom.
