Beautiful setting with open sea to the back and a lovely cove to the right and distant hills at the front . Very bright and light decor throughout. Lots of glass to make the most of the views . Pool , rooms and dining rooms all overlook the sea . Hotel is a nice size (not too big) and staff were very friendly , helpful and approachable. Breakfast was delicious .

The car park is small so the staff have to move the cars around for access . There is street parking though if you don’t want to use the car park . Dinner menu remained the same and was a bit limited . Hotel is near to other places of interest but it’s hard to leave when it’s such a lovely spot !

Terrific hotel, not too large, just exactly what we prefer, and a terrific location. Really nice heated pool and sun facing lounge area. Rooms were a good size and really clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant serves delicious food, very well presented. Good private parking. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely go back.

Not sure if at arrival that we got the room we booked, but they were happy to relocate us the next day once a room was available. However, even the first room was really good, just did not have a large terrace, just a small balcony big enough for 1 chair and a table, but a good side view.

Pros: Stunning hotel location (and views from public areas) perched on the rocks overlooking the ocean. Its an engineering masterpiece. Hotel about 8 min walk to town which is short. Bed comfortable but pillows a little hard. Super quiet location in residential neighbourhood. Handy off street parking. Booked a standard room and was upgraded to a newer room which was nice. For a small hotel they offer a good breakfast though there was a reluctance by the breakfast lady to replenish cereals and cakes when empty.

Cons: Upgraded room or standard does not have any sea views so was a little disappointed. Hotel doesn't provide moisturiser or shower caps. Only one small water bottle was complimentary. So you don't get much for the money spent. Lift in hotel quite old and dodgy. The whole fruit pieces at breakfast were all old.

Beautiful hotel, our room had a terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers and a perfect sea view. Excellent breakfast, good dinner, pleasant bar and sitting-room area. Friendly staff around the pool and an excellent lunchtime brasserie on the terrace next to the pool. The port of Cavallaire sur Mer is a yacht harbour with many good restaurants and good shopping.

The 'calanques' are steep creeks, and no stairs are permitted to be cut into the rock so climbing down to the sea is bit difficult.

This hotel is really nice and in a wonderful area. I travelled with my 16 year old daughter and we love the hotel and the area. The view is wonderful with the blue water. We stayed three nights and would have like to stay longer. We had a standard room with a view of the ocean and with a balcony. The room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. The balcony had chairs that you could relax in. The bathroom was big and had both a bathtub and a shower. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices of both bread and sweets. There is also a juicemachine and you can make freshjuice. They had glutefree bread and one sweet. And very good scrambled eggs and ham and sausage. It is nice to sit and have breakfast with the view of the sea. The area is really nice by the water and it is nice to be on the sundeck by the pool and relax. The staff is nice and helpful and yes, they dont speak much english but they try and it works comunicating even if you dont speak french. Very nice hotel!

The location, the room choice, the breakfast and dinner food, and the staff were very helpful. The bay in front of the hotel had a couple of yachts mooring overnight, which enhanced the romantic feeling of the place. The breakfast area, is like eating in the fresh air overlooking the ocean.

Loved this quirky little hotel. The views from the room, restaurant, pool were exceptional. I was absolutely mesmerised by its beauty. The hotel is a breath of fresh air from the usual large impersonal hotel. If you have an open mind and can appreciate the uniqueness of this little gem then I recommend it. If you want spanking new interiors maybe not.

We couldn’t get into the restaurant for dinner as we weren’t told by the reception staff to pre book. We were disappointed but ended up a short walk away in a local place recommended by staff. I respect the staff for turning us away and telling us that they only had one chef on that night and couldn’t cope with more diners, better that than over promising and under delivering.

Nadir and his team went out of the way to make me feel welcome and comfortable even before my arrival. When I needed to extend my stay due to a last minute boat trip Nadir managed to arrange a lovely room for me. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the views from the sea view rooms are spectacular. The breakfast included everything one desires, and I enjoyed it very much. the views from the breakfast and dining rooms are fantastic and the pool is also wonderful with access into the sea from the hotel too. The team especially Nadir did everything they could do to make my stay comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. when I came back late after my boat trip they were very worried and I felt like they were taking care of me like family instead of a guest. i would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming back to stay here again for sure.

Location, spectacular views, infinity pool, breakfast, quality of the staff, free parking, big bedroom, balcony with outstanding sea view, ability to swim in the sea, easy to walk I to hat our area and town for supper and sandy beaches

Access to the sea needs a new set of steps and a better rope, the lunch & evening meal menu was very limited and poor

What really sets this hotel apart is it’s location. The view is just amazing. A sea view room is a must. We had a suite with a huge terrace and a hot tub. Dinner at the hotel was really good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

wifi connection is not very good. Breakfast options and presentation could improve.
