Very quiet neighborhood. The hotel is cosy, the staff is very friendly. Quick check-in. The room is quite spacious, unfortunately without air-conditioning. Lucky, the window is for the north side so it was not very hot inside. The big bathroom! Really - full of space. The breakfast was not very rich, but for a start of the day it is enough. Perfect coffee.

It is not very high standard hotel, so the expectations should not be also very high. Although I think that cleaning should be more precise every day. However the room was clean, I could not say the same about the towels. And the work the room service was doing every day was just as to mark that they were. Throughout three days of staying I hadn't my glass replaced although it was used!

The room was nice, except for the air conditioning (missing, but badly needed during heat waves; I strongly recommend not to opt for a room without air conditioning if the temperature is above 32 degrees at day time).

Breakfast was awful, old food. I would not make the mistake to have breakfast there again. No air conditioning in some rooms. This makes the stay impossible during hot days.

The lady at the front desk is very helpful und professional. The room is very clean.

A little bit far to walk to the old town. (20 minutes) The bus station would be close to the hotel, but the ticket booth was always closed.

Hotel has it's own small parking for up to 5 vehicles, standard hotel breakfast with enough choice for everybody. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Excellent restaurant 200 m away.

Hotel don't have A/C, need transportation to city center.

Staff was very helpful and allowed an early check in. The room is located in the best area for tourists. It’s perfect place for nice week end.

Unfortunately there was some noise building works at one of the neighbouring flats. Most likely was not related with the owner.

Breakfast good enough, price/quality ratio, good location, quiet location.

There could also be a toaster at breakfast. Fridge in the room under the table (it took up space under the table).

The room was very clean, big beds and a perfect shower cabin. Wireless signal was excellent. Breakfast was all you need to start the day, coffee was excellent. The hotel is 20 min walking to the Old Town, Black Church, restaurants and shopping stores.

Small restaurant for such a hotel. You have to wait a little bit in the morning to find a free table, but that's ok, i did not mind.

The staff was very nice, waited for us until 0.30 when we arrived, answered our phone, helped us with our luggage. Although the price was low anyway, we were given a discount and what's more, we were offered free breakfast. Such a gesture is appreciated. One of us needed to get to the room without walking because he had a broken leg and was using a wheelchair. One can enter the hotel on the ramp, and then the room using the elevator.

Plenty of parking supermarket around corner. 30 min walk to town centre.

They only have certain rooms with air conditioning, I asked for one weeks in advance but they gave me a non aircon, I complained and changed rooms.

The receptionist was nice and very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception and the lower part of the hotel have been renovated and are very nice and clean. Rooms are large. Breakfest was excellent.

Rooms should also be renovated.
