The B & B Guesthouse is a small, friendly place with some great features like a communal kitchen and dining area. Its less than 2km from a lot of the main tourist attractions, so its walkable, but there is a Line 2 Metro station quite close and a cute little funicular train takes you up to the guesthouse (and Castel Sant Elmo which has amazing views of the city and Vesuvius). I did not meet the host Matteo, but he was very nice and helpful and replied very quickly when I had to message him about a small problem. I stayed in the small twin room which is quite basic but it has a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with a good shower and everything I needed. There was no breakfast (I think that part of the description is outdated) but you can prepare your own. I didnt use the kitchen, but it had everything needed to cook and a good dining area. The Wifi worked great in the room.

There is a very long steep stairway from the road to the property so someone with mobility issues could find it tricky. The funicular train stops at 10PM and the Metro seems to stop quite early midweek.

Andrea is such a graceful and sociable host. He's there every morning and gives you a personalised and thorough rundown of Napoli with great recommendations. Not to mention, he taught us a few tricks on how to make the perfect cup of coffee (you'll like it even if you're not a coffee drinker). He's full of charisma and character and it really comes through with the decor. Really cute home with lots of personality. Be sure to take his advice and use the funicular to get up the hill, otherwise you'll be climbing really steep staircases with your baggage. Needless to say, the views from the property are breathtaking. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for everything Andrea :) P. S. You really know how to make an entrance with the music 😂

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is convenient that the funicular station is nearby, the presence of a cafe in front, a very good osteria nearby. The room has everything you need. The kitchen has a convenient refrigerator, stove and coffee machines. The hosts Andrea and Chiara were very kind. They directed us to local restaurants and attractions. They explained the neighborhood and transportation in great detail. They were very nice.

They might replace the toilet cistern because when it finishes filling it makes a very loud noise that wakes everyone up. And if there could be something to dry on the towels after the shower.

The views from the place were amazing. The room was great, with a private bathroom. Everything seemed clean and tidy. The location is good, near the castle and the city center. There is a good restaurant on the same street with good food and prices. There is also a good pizza place down the big external stairs.

Nothing not to like.

We had a lovely stay at Buonanotte & Buongiorno! Chiara was very friendly and had nice tips, the room was a perfect fit for our wishes. We especially enjoyed the terrace outside at night with a great view of the city. The location was very nice aswell. Close to the centre, but still very quiet.

The funicolare to reach the B&B was closed sometimes, so we had to walk up the stairs. We also had a bit of stress when we couldn’t find the key, but it turned out okay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was brilliant for exploring the city and the room was perfect for our needs. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Great value for money! We will return if we are in Naples again :)

We had a few issues at the start of our stay, however they were quickly resolved by the host and did not effect our time there.

The room was very clean but the rest of the apartment had a distinct smell because of the humidity.

Amazing, comfortable room. Really close to the funicular which was really useful. Very quiet at night and also a lovely view. Though we only met Andrea at the end he was very friendly. Thank you!
