Hotel is nice. It seems fairly new. The room was clean and large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size.

The walls are thin because you can hear conversations in the rooms as you walked down the hallway and in the room sometimes. The pillows need replacing. Upon checking in we were told that they charge $10 for each person extra more than 2 people but it wasn’t listed anywhere in the hotel polices on the app. It was for extra beds needed, so just a heads up.

Had a wonderful time will be staying there more often, everyone was very polite, and very helpful. Our room was very nice and our bed was very comfortable . Thanks again for a wonder stay, Michael..

While I don't like to be picky and I know it's an extra expense for the hotel but for those of us who are diabetes it would be nice to have sugar free syrup, how ever I always bring me own just in case there is not any available. But thank you for this question.

This question is not clear. What did I like about the hotel or about the location? The hotel was nice and clean with good surroundings. Personnel are friendly and helpful Location is good as well. Easy to access

Nothing I can think of. I did not have any. Maybe they need to replace some of the beds in the room we stayed because Because they seem old and can visually the beds as sagging in the middle. You tend to roll in the middle if 2 people sleeps in the bed. We fall asleep anyway because we are tired but would help if they inspected rooms and maybe replace some of their beds

I loved the entrance, so welcoming and clean.

Although the bedroom was “clean” it had a foul smell of cigarettes or smoke and the pillow on couch was stained. The sink had visible Mold under the counter rim. The room next or above had kids running around and making loud noises by 7a but eventually stopped. I believe at one point I heard sirens going off but I didn’t see anyone in the hallway.

Location Great! Clean environment. Staff personable, friendly and accommodating! Bed most comfortable I've slept on, I'm picky. I hate rock hard beds that have springs jabbing in all night. It was great.

I prefer a walk in shower as opposed to step over tub. Does anyone ever really take a bath in a hotel stay?!

Great bed and amount of space in the rooms.

The new internet that requires a website login repeatedly rather than putting the password into the wifi settings so it can auto reconnect is horrible. Constantly kicking me off and causing me to manually reconnect and has caused my not-unlimited data plan for my cell to over run in just a 4 day stay by not always prompting for the password again when it disconnects.

Clean & comfortable

The rooms were oddly shaped. Our room with 2 queens and a pullout sofa was quite cramped because of the shape, but I’m glad they had the option for 3 beds so overall it worked out on, just not an ideal layout.

I attempted to print work documents in the lobby several times and could never accomplish that. Other guests were observed having the same issue. When questioned, the staff responded, "I don't know anything about that printer." I was there as part of the storm damage response and could not print maps hundred our disaster response.

Missed breakfast, I always wish it went later on weekends- I like to sleep in.

Hotel had just switched computer systems, several glitches- took much longer than it should have. Systems shouldn’t be changed right before a weekend. I had reservations for an event, I was afraid I’d be late. I wasn’t, but…. Also, took luggage up to room on third floor, key didn’t work. Had to carry everything down a long hall and ack to front desk.
