The rooms are hd size including the showers. Updated. They had free happy hour and Donavan played great music. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good . Donovan’s music was the highlight. We wished he was able to play it also at the Patio

Lack of cleaning of the Roos during your stay. We stayed there for 4nights and they did not clean room even when we asked them to clean the room. Towels and carnage outside the rooms are only picked up daily. Hampers for garbage and towels at each floor can help. Shelving for clean towels access at each floor can also help

What I liked the most was the position and the staff. All very friendly. Breakfast was not bad but if you arrive late you have to wait for the girls to refurnish a bit. Just a bit of patience and you’ll be fine. Parking space is really good.

It’s not that I didn’t like something but due to the fact that they lack of staff, our room was never redone during our stay. We’re not mad about it as we understand the struggle but yes definitely need some improvement here. Also another thing we found pretty annoying we’re the kids on our floor making noise and running around till midnight. But that’s the parents fault. I understand the hotel can’t control everything late night.

I did not eat the breakfast as we had to be at the hospital too early. Location was great as my husband was having surgery at the hospital a few blocks away. My daughter who was staying at the same hotel did not like the eggs at breakfast. Also there was no coffeepot in her room and she did not get one for days although she requested one more than once.

Could have been cleaner, large stain on rug in room. No instructions in room for anything, not for phone, not for TV, no TV guide for channels, no phone book to see what was around us as far as food, etc. Our message light on phone was blinking and we could not figure out how to get messages. We asked at front desk and was told she did not know how to get messages either. Never did get the message. Light still blinking when we checked out.

front desk attendant was so friendly and nice, he made us feel so welcomed and comfortable even let us stay in the pool a little extra time. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, exceptionally clean! I mean it was so clean! The standard room with kind bed was absolutely perfect! Superrrrrrr spacious! Huge Samsung smart TV. All dove products in the bathroom for body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note that named Lakiyah was the lady who cleaned our room before arriving and she did an absolutely wonderful job! No dust, bed was made to perfection, towels were nice and clean, shower was excellent, you can tell she takes pride in making sure the guests have a nice clean room! Only saying here for now on! loved it! Charging stations on both sides of the bed, refrigerator and microwave also. A little lounge couch as well. Thermostat for AC and heat also. Inside pool was great too! Lots of parking space right there at the entrance. Oh yeah the breakfast was great as well!

Everything! Rooms clean, lobby clean, clean environment, and amazing staff that helped with all my needs including forgetting some things and needing extra stuff for my family. Couldn't ask for a better staff line up for this weekend. My kids (3yo and 2mo) had a blast and was very welcome along with the GRIZ FAM! They let us weirdos come in and have a great time! Much love!

No wall in the queen studio suite separating living room from bed area. I know this is a picky thing to say and it is only relevant to certain hotels but it is the ONLY thing I didn't like. Everything else was great!

The room size was comfortable. The bench was very helpful for luggage. Ironing was easy with lots of room and electrical outlets available. The bathroom was lovely, beautiful glass door for the shower, and I love the lighting at the mirror. Breakfast was amazing with lots of hot food options. The attendant was happy and helpful.

My room was truthfully perfect, at the end of the hall, top floor, king size bed. The television had a great picture and sound. Faith at the front desk was a sweetheart, kind and helpful during my stay. Nigel was quick to get me checked in to the room of my preference when I arrived. The breakfast had a great variety of items. Dashawna helped me find a great soul food restaurant "Nippy's" close by the hotel.

On the second day the fire alarm went off because someone was smoking in the stairwell. We had to evacuate, but they got everything under control in 10mins to get us back inside. The firepit was never lit, even if no one was out there.

Stuff was super nice and the best part finally nice not packed breakfast. All fresh and tasty. Beds are very comfortable. Nice and clean and quiet.

Everything was great

Quiet place with convenient location. Cleanliness of the public areas was very good. Got stay over service without having to request it and then when we did need something we got it.

There were small pieces of food around the bed frame when we arrived. With a baby that just started crawling... Everything goes in his mouth.

Hotel was clean!

Out of the way. Kinda hard to find. Need more help at the front desk. Only one person when checked in she seemed overwhelmed, and the gentleman that came to help wasn't friendly at all. Breakfast was awful. Out of stuff two hours into breakfast. Attendant was very nice though.
