We liked the room.Holiday Inn is always our choice in any country specially in Singapore , it's like our home when we visit. We had the worst experience in Delhi [One of the biggest hotel] and we were to change the tickets and return to our country. But proceeded as we have booked the hotel in Jaipur. Entering the room itself was a relief. I must say that staff at the hotel is very professional and love the cleanliness too.

I think food has to be upgraded to international level as there is hardly much to try except for Indian food. And we were not happy with the waffles we had.

Amazing staff - special shout out to the travel desk who helped organise our sightseeing trips and guides while we were in Jaipur. Service at the restaurant was also exceptional - special mention to Ankit.

A bit dated; does not give a premium feel for the 5 star rating that the property has. The staff tries to keep the pool area clean, but there are occasions where you still spot pigeon droppings.

Hotel is clean. Located in city. Service is great.

Room with an interconnected door was allotted to me. Requested receptionist to change the room who (some lady) assured a call back that never came. Adjacent room had noisy persons that caused discomfort to my sleep. Called receptionist again and asked him to change my room immediately. Issue was understood this time (thanks to Mr Ayush) and room was changed with one having no interconnected door. So one staff didn't bother to my issue and another handled it very well. Rest everything was great.

Great breakfast included in the half-board package. 5. Accommodating staff throughout the stay. 6. Convenient location of the hotel.

1. Lack of a manual for operating amenities and city information in the suite. 2. Limited English-speaking channels on the TV, the absence of BBC World News. 3. Lunch or dinner options restricted to an Indian buffet for half-board package guests. 4. Faulty air conditioning in the bedroom on the final day. 5. Billing error for the airport car, later resolved after clarification. 6. Charges for items not used from the minibar, though resolved during the check-out process.

Holiday Inn is one of my go to places while in India. It always is the best value for money with fantastic rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of bottled water, the best buffet restaurants and wonderful friendly staff. Room had hot beverage making facilities with all the trimmings, ironing facility, fridge and was very clean. I was upgraded to a fifth floor city view large room which was a great surprise. Thank you Holiday Inn your well worth the stay and thank you for having fantastic staff.

The location is perfect. Plenty of good cafés and restaurants are all walking distance from the property. You will never go hungry. Tourist spots such as Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar are all within 3kms of the hotel and easy to get to as there are plenty of autos available down. The staff is attentive and helpful, resolving any need we had instantly. It’s a perfect city hotel with basic amenities but the location is perfect.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Special mention for Sparsh (who undoubtedly makes the best Negroni), Priye, the other bar trainees, Nathuram (in Housekeeping who diligently ensured that my room was kept spic and span). Food at Chao on the first day was very good (the steamed fish, the Peking fried rice and the Manchow soup ... all excellent). The breakfast spread is also very good.

The staff at breakfast are very polite and nice. However, they lack training for proactive and pre-emptive customer service. The selection and quality of fruits at breakfast need improvement. The food at Chao on the second day was not good at all. The spice levels were unjustifiably and abnormally high making the food impossible to eat. The Hot and Sour soup had rough kernels of pepper tempered through and the consistency was very watery. The noodles were just insanely spicy with no flavour. Lastly, the bakery items are truly inedible. The baked cheesecake was like eating dry plaster. Just awful. I think the bakery needs drastic improvement.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were late to check in and had been nicely arranged by the front office staff.

One of the three rooms I booked was smelling bad. However the hotel staff quickly changed it when we complained. Of course, we did not occupy the room and smell was discovered immediately upon entering the room for first time. There was just enough space to place only one extra bed and it was not comfortable to walk when we have third bed.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind, and the room I booked was outstanding—one of the best I've experienced. I only wish I could have extended my stay. I regret not having a similar experience at my previous accommodation in Jaipur.

I believe the rooftop should have been open in the evening, but unfortunately, it was closed when I wanted to visit. However, I was able to catch a glimpse the following day just before checking out.

I/we liked a lot our room, humbleness, etiquettes of staffs, helpful, breakfast / food quality and overall everything!!! It is quite recommended and repeatable for me / mine Family and friends. You need to keep it up!!

My car cleaning was not good. I had Paid for that. I had instructed to make it proper clean but it was not up to the mark :( Little disappointed!! Please take care!!
