The hotel is a gorgeous place, and the rooms are delightful to stay in. The pool and the restaurant have great views and so did our room. The windows are huge and look out over the jungle. The hotel restaurant is very good, and we loved the breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and easy to reach out to via WhatsApp if you have questions while you're out and about. The location is as described. Nusa Penida is a cliff island, so the roads are a little wild if you're not accustomed to them. This is nothing against the hotel because we chose this location for the more secluded experience. I'm glad the taxi drivers are experienced on these roads.

The property is just like in the pictures!!! We were truly amazed! And it’s surrounded by nature. The pool was comfy and with a view to nature. The room was clean and modern but still had that comfy feeling of a cabin in the woods. It was truly amazing!! The staff were very kind to us and always happy, smiling and friendly. The breakfast was truly delicious and ENOUGH! I don’t know why some reviews suggested otherwise but there was enough food! There’s a store nearby and restaurants! You won’t regret the area one bit. We rented a scooter and basically drove around the whole island and this hotel is located 15-16min from the harbour. So it’s the perfect location.

The pool wasn’t very clean. There were dead flies and other bugs in it just floating around. It wasn’t very hygienic. The bathroom was a little bit… bad. The toilet was moving and there were some white stains in the shower. The wifi wasn’t very good either, if you work online/remote job prepare yourself!

As everywhere on the island there is unfortunately a lot of trash everywhere, so also around the hotel, which is ofc not their fault. Further the road, was as expected and mentioned by others a bit rough, however with a scooter we didn't have any problems getting there.

A very nice hotel! We apreciate the warm welcoming with scented napkins, juice and fruits. Thank you very much for the honeymoon surprise we really loved it. The pool view is just stunning, we didn’t even need to go outside for dinner the hotel restaurant was very delicious.

Nengah was amazing! She made sure we were comfortable and organised whatever we needed! She made sure we had scooters, taxis and boat trip sorted - we didn’t, she organised it all for us! The stay itself was good! Good food and drinks, quiet and relaxing. Not the place to party. Very cultural so be prepared for cultural music late at night - early morning, we were completely fine with this. Overall it was a great experience!

The staff were amazing, rooms were modern and cleaned everyday Spa was brilliant also Food menu limited due to off season but still good. Gooday the front of house was very helpful and professional. The Mosque music was annoying in the early hours of true morning Overall great value for money and loads of Bintang

It’s absolutely amazing! Quiet, cute, clean, the rooms and bathrooms are big, the outside areas are super nice and the view is amazing, we even saw some monkeys really close. Pool is big enough and super nice, with a small bar, perfect to relax, refresh and chill. AC on the room works perfectly and the black out curtains are the best idea. You can rent bikes in the front desk for 90K rupiahs a day. Staff is really really nice, and the floating breakfast was super cute and tasty, is only for 2 people for 200K rupiahs, but it was enough food to share it with 3 people, super recommended.

Is a little bit far of almost everything, but if you have a bike is not that bad, the road is a bit bumpy but you just have to be careful. Also almost all the tours offer pick up and drop off. there’s a couple of restaurants close, one expensive, the other not that bad, so you will survive if you don’t want to go out. Also the hotel has a restaurant really good and not too expensive.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. A very modern and traditional place at the same time. The suite was the best! The stuff was so helpful and happy to assist us. Especially De Ardana is the sweetest! He did his best to help us with everything we wanted.

Breakfast was ok but we prefer the buffet so that we have more options.

The accommodation is very remote which is ideal for relaxing. There are lots of places to unwind, such as the grassy spot above the pool bar. Very nice view and we also had very good food there. The staff is very friendly and the beds sleep very well!

The accommodation is quietly secluded but difficult to find on the map. We eventually found it using the directions you can find through booking.com which is helpful!

The infinity pool was awesome. The room was nice and spacious. The fridge was useful. I also liked the tall shower head. Friendly staff and yummy watermelon juice.

The toilet was too close to the shower and would get wet. The property is listed as 'beachfront', however it is not. There isn't a beach view and it is a steep hill walk down to the beach. The floating breakfast is not provided (from the images on booking.com). Sometimes if you ask the hosts a question about something (eg. scooter, ferries, drivers) they will go ahead and just book it for you when you only wanted some information.
