Okay, this could be an excellent property; it's reasonably priced, it's right on a beautiful beach, it has an awesome pool and the food isn't horrible. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, BUT I have never had such slow service in my life and every other guest we spoke to had the same experience. I would not say this experience was just limited to this hotel as the service at some of the restaurants we went to was similarly slow and I mean slow. So if you do not mind waiting for food and drink, I recommend this hotel very highly. It was less than 10 minutes from the airport as well.

The location to the beach is amazing and the resort is very clean. The resort staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There were never any towels available for the pool or the beach on multiple occasions. The wait time for food orders was very long at every restaurant especially during lunch and dinner.

At Check-in, we were dealt with very professionally by Gabrielle. We were pleasantly surprised to be told breakfast was part of the room. The choice was wide and varied and very tasty. We were spoilt for choice. We had booked a King Room cheapest as possible and really expected a view of the back of the Air Conditioners. Our view was right in front of Grand Anse Beach. We couldn't ask for better. The room was excellent. Clean, Spacious and very comfortable. Also cleaned every day. You can actually watch the TV as well on the 55" TV as there was Channels you could watch. Not just the free channels. You open the Gallery Doors and you're practically sitting on Grand Anse Beach. A short walk to the First pool and restaurant and then on to the other 2 pools with cascading waterfalls. Every morning we used the Gym. In the evening we used the Pool table and Bar. Once again, excellent facilities. Overrall, this stay was nothing like the reviews we read. Everything was upto mark. Location was great, Malls close by. Staff attitude and competancy was excellent. And I'm a fussy customer. Can't wait to return. Whenever that is...

Nothing Really. You can nit pick but that would be unfair. I guess the part when we had to leave was the worst part.

The hotel is situated on the best section of the Grand Anse Beach. The facilities are very pretty with beautiful grounds and two very nice pools, one smaller facing the beach and one very large two sided serpentine pool with swim up bar, and dining areas. They have plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas in a very tropical setting. The hotel was clean and well manicured. Breakfast was included which included a large buffet with everything you could want. We had dinner and lunch a few times which was very good. Special mention to Matthew the bartender who made the best rum punch cocktail we had all week and was super friendly and very helpful. Latoya one of the servers was also very friendly and took great care of us. The hotel is planning for some upgrades to the rooms and other renovations like a beach bar and will only get better. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

I didn’t like that you had to sign for a pool towel. I mean…….

When we visited it was in the offseason and the hotel was quiet which was a bonus for us. The hotel is located directly on the famous Grand Anse Beach with its white sands and warm safe sea to swim in an experience we enjoyed every morning prior to breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with a local and international options. Bed was exceptionally comfortable

On arrival we were initially placed in Room 175 which was at the far end of the resort it was tired and dated , on speaking to staff the next day we were moved to room 405 which overlooked the main pool. It was of the same layout and furniture but was less dated and cleaner / fresher than our original.

The breakfast menu had good variety and was tasty. Breakfast has a lot of variety of basic breakfast things which is great for children. Ive been to hotels where I had to specially request that they bring some plain cheddar cheese for the children’s toast (not an issue at the Radisson as the only cheese on offer was cheddar). But there is still Enough variety on the menu to keep the adults interested (local fruits and veg, omlettes). As vegetarians we were able to eat filling breakfasts each morning which often led to us having a late lunch. The location is perfect for a child-friendly vacation. Grand Anse beach is steps away. The pools are wonderful for keeping children entertained and parents can lounge, have a drink and supervise or join in the pool fun. Directly opposite the hotel is a supermarket, pharmacy, car rental, electronics store. Everywhere accepts USD or ECD. Most places also take credit card. Two buildings down from the hotel are a good variety of restaurants in Galleria Mall. We ate a hearty breakfast each morning at the hotel and often had a late lunch or dinner from the restaurants. Adults had the options of Mediterranean, vegan, and Thai. The children usually opted for chips or fish from the “fast food” type cafe. All in Galleria Mall.

This is not the place to go if you are trying to Take a vacation from your children with your children. There is no Kids club. But if you are there to enjoy time with your children, it cant be beat.

I liked everything about the Radisson. It's my second stay there The friendliness, they're always greeting you a shout-out would even go out off their to assist you farther, from the inside help to the outside help. .

What I didn't like was the breakfast where you have fresh fruits like the cantaloupe, watermelon etc should be put on ice. Even though it's in the sliver server, it's being kept fresh. I was served some Cantolope that was not good. It had slime/slippery feeling on it. The menu for ordering foods can do with a change. I did order the buffalo wings that made me sick, and The Taste was not great.

I stayed whilst it was low occupancy, I imagine with high occupancy it would be a more disappointing experience. Breakfast - decent spread but its not self service which makes it feel like a canteen and can be slow if there are a lot of people and not enough staff. Lunch - very expensive and fairly average taste and quality but what you expect from any hotel kitchen Dinner - very expensive and very average taste and quality but what you expect from any hotel kitchen Pool and grounds - very pleasant Gym - excellent. Life Fitness cardio machines, free weights and a few resistance machines, towels and water
