The location was great far as where I need to be for my stay . That my room was switched when I let them know about my issues with the room.

The ice machine was not working if you had rooms on the outside. and the parking lot had to many large holes to mess up your car or tire. and no cold cereal on the menu for breakfast.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. During our stay, our smoke detector was malfunctioning and maintenance came very quickly to solve the problem. We did have a leak in our ceiling, but again we were able to move rooms very quickly. Overall the front desk and maintenance were very helpful.

A few minor issues, such as a leak in the ceiling and a faulty smoke detector, but nothing serious.

Guest laundry facility, free breakfast, free wifi, quite and loved the location. Close to lots of stores and restaurants, gas station

The parking lot. It's really bumpy and rough, you have to drive slowly on it.

The pet fee is 20$ for your whole stay which blew my mind. For the price per night the place is amazing, there is also a restaurant in the inn which is very cool. Rooms look newly remodeled. Room AC is amazing.

Over the course of 5 weeks the television went out on me a few times for an hour or so. Not a big deal, just a slight annoyance.

The free breakfast is in a restaurant located in the hotel yet the wait staff kept telling everyone they weren’t affiliated with the hotel. Breakfast was ok at best the first morning but Sunday there was no food on the buffet. They would bring out a small amount at a time. I guess since the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel they don’t know how many people to plan for on a free breakfast.

The staff is amazing and understanding. Staff members are so delightful and helpful.

The area that enclosed my mini fridge had a broken door that I had to wiggle around everytime I needed to go in the mini fridge!! Not enough towels. My room was not swept. Dirty floor. Please get an adequate cleaning service. A friend of mine told me her room had bed bugs

the phone and light did not work inside the room. A broke down soda machine that should be remove and the entire parking lot need to pave. Unsafe for wheelchairs, crutches and scooters.

Full breakfast was a great. Even though there a few issues, im still ranking high because of the amazing staff!

One of the beds didn't look like the sheets were changed. No towel holders, floors turned my feet black.

The facility & room were very clean. The bed was great. Breakfast was so good.

The exterior of the building does not reflect Quality Inn's image in my mind, however the facility was very nice once we entered it.
