People were friendly

The breakfast was lacking in comparison to other hotels i have stayed in. It tasted fine but the selection of food was minimal. The room was 60 degrees when I arrived which was very cold considering the outside temp was in the 60's. My friends room was 72 so I know it was more than likely just not adjusted. The room smelled like mildew. My friends son was propositioned followed by a prostitute the 2nd night we were there.checkout was at 11 but they deactivated at 10:30 so it made it annoying when I had to ask to be let back in the room to get the last of my items at 10:45

Hotel was very clean smelled good. Staff was very friendly. Pool was open and clean. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast was ok they serve regular eggs and ham or sausage, the waffles were amazing… family friendly. Easy check in/check out

Ac was a little loud indeed, but worked great.. I wish they would’ve provide more toiletries, like shampoo conditioners etc. although I think if I would’ve went to receptionist they could’ve provide extra. I did ask for rooms to be nearby since it was all family but they said there was non close to each other.. can’t really complain

The breakfast was great they had a variety of options to choose from such as yogurts, cereal, and waffles as well as toppings and juices. The stay was wonderful The staff were friendly and attentive they left our room alone when we asked. Great location whataburger was right next door for quick and easy meal if need.

There was nothing not to like.

The staff was extremely friendly! The lobby was decorated for Valentine’s Day which was fun. I felt very “at home” there! We will definitely be staying there again next year when we are in town for the Rodeo.

I would have liked the cleaning service to be better. We stayed for five nights and not once did our room get cleaned, trash picked up, towels replaced etc. The lady at the front seat was kind enough to bring us towels and pick up trash when I called her. There was a door hanger to request services that I did fill out and put on door, the card was collected but items were not done until I called front desk and she had to come to us. I choose a hotel instead of a VRBO because of the cleaning services so I was a bit disappointed in the lack of.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was hot & tasty, the beds were comfortable & the pillows are so amazing I’m ordering some for my home. The room was spacious and equipped with a Keurig, mini fridge & microwave. The staff was friendly and kept everything nice & clean! We will stay again I’m sure!

We only had one complaint about our stay, the shower pressure in our room 315 was horrible! It was barely enough to have a shower & wash off, maybe replacing the shower head will do the trick! If that is fixed, I’m sure our next stay will be a 10 out of 10!

For the most part I like the interior of the building and also the room and where everything was located it was easy to find.

I didn’t like how we stepped into the room and it was kinda hot so musty like if somebody was in the room before we did find a pair of clothing inside the restroom so that means somebody was in the room before us and they didn’t clean it properly.

Enjoyed being on the third floor with the view. We stayed in for the New Year's and celebrated in our room. At midnight looking out our window, enjoyed the fireworks surrounding the hotel from all angles and in the distance. Beautiful site to bring in the New Year!!

Breakfast area was in complete disarray the following morning after New Year's Eve. Tables not cleaned, floors not swept/mopped and coffee area was not stocked. Note this was after breakfast was served but for guests checking out to get a cup of coffee to go, wasn't very pleasant or appealing to see no one took the time to keep area cleaned up.

It was nice. It was 6 mins from San Antonio so it was accessible to everything but also secluded enough from the city.

Not really bothered me as I’d never had to request my room to be cleaned by requesting it through paper I’d filled out the day before. Not really a dislike, just never had been to a property that you had to request a room clean like that.

the hotel looked fresh and clean. My room was clean and newer looking. The front desk person, Sabrina was amazing. I have never felt so welcomed at a hotel in my life. She was helpful and very kind.

The property is very close to a rougher neighborhood. I was impressed that they had security on property. The Breakfast hot items, the sausage, eggs and potatoes were cold and not hot like they should be. This is not safe. The Hot water took forever to come out of the shower head , i must have waited 5 minutes. what a waste of water!
