Room was nice and clean. Loved that we had a larger frig and sink in the dinning area of our room. Also liked that we had the sofa sleeper because we were traveling with the odd number of 5 in our group. If I were to travel there again I would stay at the same place. The price matched the value of our stay.

I thought from what I understood that there was a pool on the property, and after looking at so many places when planning a trip I could be wrong. We were told that their sister hotel behind the building we were staying had the pool but had shut down the pool because there was a number of problems. We did discover the pool was open and the kids were able to go and swim, but just seemed odd on how the two places lacked communication on the pool stuff. Nothing to serious, but if you have kids they look forward to that pool lol.

The property is super clean and the staff is absolutely amazing! It’s right behind a Cracker Barrel and an amazing sports grill. It’s not in the center of town but close enough to everything to be comfortable. I adore the staff here, they’re so patient and friendly and welcoming.

The sound proofing is not stellar, but definitely better than most apartments I’ve lived in. You do have to request housekeeping which I didn’t realize until the end of my trip. However that is my fault for not reading the welcome letter in the room.

Big, clean rooms that felt very homey. Loved being able to bring my dog along. Staff were very kind.

Would have liked a little more variety to breakfast menu, only hot things were sausage and gravy or waffles. Would have liked another option like eggs and bacon. Called during normal hours that my dog was barking to tell me someone had complained, he was in a whole new part of the country and had been traveling for 22+ hours of course he was going to be a little uncomfortable. This gave me anxiety about leaving him the entire time we were here for my husbands graduation, but he did calm down. The people above us were very loud into quiet hours and walking down the hall you could hear everyone. So didnt love feeling singled out.

Very nice staff, overall very clean. I think some facilities could use updating and there’s a huge cricket problem. One in our room, but the rest just in the hallway and they do clean frequently so not too bad. It’s worth it for the price and I am extremely picky with hotels!

The walls are THIN and you can hear people in their rooms no problem. Or walking above you. Plumbing issues such as bathtub faucet not turning off completely and they have even said in a certain wing they have been having plumbing issues

Check in was a bit lengthy. The guests in front of us, were giving the front desk lady (mindie) an absolute terrible runaround. They refused to show id, disrespected the employee and simply didn't want to follow procedure. Mindie, was amazing. She continued professional and explained to the guests, about id, especially after booking online! Even after the guest continued, talking loud and rolling her eyes , mindie was just as nice as could be!! Hats off to Mindie!! Not many would be able to handle that guest as politely and professional as she did!

Parking was a bit crowded, especially since I'm disabled

A nice scent greeted us as we entered the lobby. Helpful staff. Hotel front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean room, no unpleasant surprises.

I booked using booking.com for 2 nights and wanted to extend to 3 nights. No resolution,though four emails back & forth. Only resolution is to check out on morning of 3rd day and make a new reservation to check back in,once new reservation is confirmed. Checking back in requires them to rerun your credit card information, bloc off another $40 for incidentals, while the previous $40 is not yet returned to your card (for up to 3-5) business days! Hassle

Very very pleasant .staff Page Claudia and one more girl forgot her name she helped expained our bill..they were awesome.breakfast was Great.I really recommend.

The bed very uncomfortable. Woke up with a hurt back. Then we were press for time and my key wouldn't work came down got a new one still didn't work then Page came up didn't work she finally figured the door battery was dead.it was a big delay. She finally fixed it.i believe they need to have extra help for her.Bless her heart.

The rooms were exactly like the pictures. I appreciate how nice they were and it came with a medium size fridge and freezer which was awesome! All linens and towels were super clean.

My only complaint is that the floors were dirty. It just felt grimy under my feet and I couldn’t walk barefoot. There is no carpet in the room which is understandable but it seemed like it just needed to be cleaned more in between stays.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice.

My room was right by an exit door and unfortunately one of the nights I was there people were in and out that door all night and you can hear that door opening and closing. I would recommend that the customers that stay at the hotel should only be able to enter and exit out the main lobby after a certain time so customers can sleep.

The suite was very well appointed, and the bed was super comfortable! The tub area could use a little renovation, but it wasn’t a problem at all. There is an apartment size refrigerator which was very nice, and hot plates and dishes are available for rent if you choose. Another feature was that you could add late check out until 3 PM for an extra $10 if you want. The staff was very kind and helpful!
