The entertainment facilities were great and we throughly enjoyed ourselves.

The fact that the towels in the room were restricted to 2 people yet we voiced that we had booked in as a family of 3, so I had to share my towel with my son for the duration of the stay. Also the breakfast was not communicated that it’s not buffet and so we didn’t plan the time correctly and the waits were long for food yet it was quite, also our toast was always burnt and we had to turn it back

Limitations in suppers at restaurant. We drove out for supper as it was only pizzas and a buffet. But I did give this feedback to hotel and it was explained as to why it is this way but must be known that you may have to drive out for supper if you can't afford buffet.

The buffet dinners were abit disappointing, not very “child friendly “ food which can we tricky when paying the price of the buffet and your child has a roll and coleslaw 😔. Other than that the resort was great, kids had a good time

Really friendly staff - very warm and welcoming. We stayed 4 nights as we were attending a conference nearby. The first night we had dinner at the hotel and the Chef was on point. I had a curry and my colleague had the steak - that Chef is really good. Rooms as exactly as per the picture. Big and spacious with pleasant decor.

Wifi in the rooms need a serious upgrade especially if you are catering for people travelling for work. Room number 27 especially was struggling to even connect to the internet to send emails. You offered the public area (dining area) but that closes at 9m and we were returning from the conference after that time (which would have meant sitting outside in the veranda in the cold trying to catch up on the day's work. Please look into upgrading your wifi connectors.

The food was amazing throughout our stay. The facilities are very family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.

There could be more guest engagement, I would recommend some guest activities especially during peak season. Eg a dinner quiz, or quiz at the bar, chipping competition, hosting a put out competition for guest to join, a children co-ordinator for an hour at dinner time to put on a movie or host some games in the game room. The resort has so much to offer and I think you could get guests accessing bar, golf, spa, restaurant more with interaction.

The resort offers good value for everyone. The rooms are clean and practical, and air conditioned. Beds were a bit soft to our liking yet still comfortable, although we do prefer hard mattresses. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the rock pool and slides, and well maintaned mini golf, while I was able to rent some clubs and a cart for an early morning 9 holes of golf, which can be played twice for 18 holes. The mini golf area also has lighting allowing play up to 9pm. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the staff is absolutely amazing! They even phoned me to apologise for an unforeseen power outage between midnight and 5am due to external factors, although they used a backup generator before/afterwards. The buffet was one of the best I've ever had, although not cheap you get a superb 3 course selection of foods.

Nothing we disliked

The breakfast was very good - i wished i had two stomachs to fit in all the food! Our children enjoyed the super tubes and the rock pool. The dam is a beautiful scene to look at! The room was clean, quiet and we enjoyed using the aircon.

The wifi is not protected so we didn't use it. We arrived at 2pm for check in and had to wait 25 mins for them to finish cleaning our room, however we were given a free round of putt putt so it wasn't that bad to wait. It would be nice as a guest to get more of a discount off the golf & golf cart fee.

Location is nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking the serene mountain views. Resort offers a blissful retreat for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. The resort's breakfast and dining experience is a culinary delight. The rooms are elegantly designed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that enhance comfort. From spacious suites to cozy cottages, each accommodation option offers privacy and a soothing ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. There's no shortage of activities to enjoy.

Wi-Fi signal is not strong in the rooms, however, it is good at the lobby and common areas. This is simply my evaluation; it's not a drawback.

We had the pleasure of spending the weekend at this lovely resort. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The rooms are exquisite, so modern, neat and tidy. I especially loved the little coffee station in the room. The rooms are airconditioned, the view is spectacular. Moving over to the restaurant, WOW! It's beautiful and the food is really delicious. Everything we tried was divine. The hostess, Charmaine is such a lovely, pleasant lady. So friendly, helpful and sincere. All the waiters and waitresses were amazing. This place definitely deserves a 10 star. Will definitely visit again in the near future. When we arrived home I discovered we had left some of our items in the room. When I called, I was told not to worry, they will keep it safe for me at reception, ready for my courier to pick it up. (I spoke to Thandeka, if I remember her name correctly) She even packaged and boxed my items for me. This has really restored my faith in humanity! Breakfast was amazing, i was happy that they catered for the kids needs as well as my kids love cereals in the morning and the variety was amazing as well. Most importantly the manageress that was there catered for our needs being halaal and checked up on us personally during breakfast and supper. Superb service, excellent fascilities and perfect location.

Everything was amazing, however, there could be better privision for shade for parents supervising their kids at the pool and the pool side chairs could be made a little more comfy, maybe with the assistence of cushions. other than that everything was excellent.
