The staff at the reception was incredibly kind. I arrived a little bit earlier than the expected check-in time but they welcomed me without problems, and the old man at the receptions explained everything in English, and since it’s age and the position it was a pleasant surprise, since my Korean is still really basic. The room had all the amenities I could have needed and also the checkout was really quick and smooth. It’s a perfect location if you are considering visiting Heyri Art Village since it’s 10 minutes by foot from it.

The Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spotless, nice atmosphere. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful in helping us get taxi locally and to the Airport and even helped us order in on the few nights we stayed in. The hotel is quiet at off to itself, there are all types of restaurants and cafe within walking distance of hotel. Very nice will definitely stay again.

Amazing stay, very comfortable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond for our comfort. The rooms were cute and very comfortable I love the heated beds and floors. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and shopping within walking distance of hotel. Even on the bus line...the red bus 2200 takes you into seoul. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

Quirky hotel with a mystery vibe! Friendly, helpful staff. Very interesting area - a side of Korea that most visitors wouldn't experience. And pretty good value for money.

Convenient location. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bus stop, and Heyri Art Village. Staff was friendly and English-speaking. There is a water dispenser in the entrance.

The hotel is set on a hill, that is a bit of a steep climb to get too. And the parking lot has a fence that blocks your view of North Korea from the 1st floor windows.

The staff was amazing. Room clean and well stocked with goodie’s. Close to restaurants and Heyri art village and several other things of interest. Enjoyed my time there!

Excellent value for money if you stay in a deluxe room. The service was excellent and a very kind and friendly person assisted us.

It was a good stay for those who wants to have very short stay just to rest after visiting nearby attraction like the Provence Village. Staff were very helpful and friendly and talk in english very fluently. Location wise was very good as it is closed to almost every tourist spot

- Its hard to get a taxi if u're planning to go nearby places like Paju Premium Outlet as most of the taxi won't take such closed destination. -The hotel location located a bit up to the hill, where u need to walk up . So it might be inconvenience for those who have big luggage and not coming by car

House keepers were rude or deaf couldn't tell.
