Everything was amazing here! The price was reasonable, facilities were amazing, staff was outstanding, location was fantastic. I certainly recommend renting the E-bikes outside to look around. With that being said, slight heads up on the location. While the location is fantastic for getting around and traveling, you are in a “party” area. I was very surprised to see a gigantic sign with a stripper on the building directly across from the hotel building. If that is what you are looking for, have fun! However, I would caution solo female travelers about walking around at night. I would recommend a taxi if you need to travel late. But, the building is very secure and I felt very safe.

Price. Clean and quieter than we expected since it was more downtown than where we were coming from. Convenient to shopping and places to eat

Although we were not bothered by noise or anything else, the picture of the pole dancer across the street was a little disconcerting. Breakfast was expensive and disappointingly limited offerings. We only went once. No bread, no fruit.

Convenient location. Really good breakfast with many choices. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out process. The beds were comfortable and there was AC in the room.

I was missing some wardrobe or storage space in the room, so I had to unpack my suitcase on the floor. The handle for flushing the toilet was a bit out of reach. The dryer for clothes was not very powerful so it took a long time.

Hotel is super clean, bed super comfortable, location is good, you can just walk to kokusai street and to Tomari port. Not far from the bus stop and airport is just 1stop for 15-20 minutes. They provide with free ice cream and drinks, i love it!!

To use the hotel lift it doesn't neef the room key. So any one can just go to the guest floor even if they aren't guests. I hope they improve the safety.. but i feel safe though.

Amazing friendly staff, great central location, easy to access by walking or public transport, also can park if driving. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, good view. Also free ice cream, alcohol and soft drinks for several hours every day. Could not fault this hotel.

- you get a welcome drink after 15:00 but upon arrival I asked if I can also claim it the next day; next day I was in a hurry so had no time and last day after checking out I asked for the welcome drink only to find out that it can only be claimed after 15:00; no drama but a little bit more flexibility would be highly appreciated

The hotel was conveniently located for access to/from airport and for my planned activities. I was able to park the rental car on property for 1500 Yen/night. Overall, a great place to stay.

Breakfast was "ok" for the price. Missed the free drink by 1 minute. Would've enjoyed a fitness center and a sauna, but guessing these extra amenities aren't as common outside of the US.

My room was a little bit bigger than the rooms I usually have in Japan for same money. It was clean and the lobbb is beautiful with free welcome ice cream and drinks. Location is great if you like the nightlife and clubs and still was quiet inside the room. Clean and good value!

No complaints!

The location is really good if you want to stay close to the port (10 mins by walk). The street of the hotel has a lot of nightclubs but you can't hear anything from the rooms. The room is nice and clean. The staff is kind and helpful.

Staff were all nice, helping a lot for gathering information, take care and solve our problems etc... Excellent!👌

Breakfast variations were a bit boring, every 2 days same meal. But, it's acceptable.
