The property was well situated with local restaurants and stores close by. Happy to see plenty of parking. Our overall experience was great - check in was easy, the staff friendly and the facility clean. The layout of the main level was especially noteworthy; it was large and well designed, offering guests ample space to relax and enjoy the great view of the lake. Our room was efficiently designed and with the right necessities to give us everything we needed to organize ourselves for an enjoyable stay. The window shades with the dual screens that provided light w/o sacrificing privacy during the day and totally blacked out the outside light at night was a big hit!

I was the only one in my party to use the fitness room and was disappointed. Compared to the rest of the hotel, it looked neglected. There were no cleaning wipes for the machines nor hand sanitizer dispensers. Most hotels provide cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer dispensers at the bare minimum with some having clean towels and a water cooler to fill up your bottle. Thankfully, I bring my own water and carry wet wipes when I use any fitness room, just in case. And overall, the positives at The Elm definitely outweighed this sad fitness room.

The location was excellent! There's a spot literally next door called Tinman Social where you can eat, drink, and play games! The hotel itself was very nice! The staff was wonderful, especially the bartender who was knowledgeable about drinks and the gal at the desk late one night who was kind and helpful. Clean rooms, lovely restaurant/sitting area, good food!

The only real hangup was that the room was cold and there didn't seem to be an easy way to heat it up (keep in mind that I was there in January when the outdoor temperature was 37-45 degrees but the room never got higher than 64 degrees). A maitenance man came to help adjust the temperature and it did not work.

The Little Elm was a wonderful surprise. It was located in a great location right in the middle of restaurants and just a few minutes away from Little Elm park. The facility was clean, well-managed, beautifully decorated, and offered more than one would expect for the great price I got on the booking. The bathroom was spacious and had nice toiletries for our use. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. There were more than enough outlets and charging ports in the room and a large workspace along the wall which was a nice touch. The lobby was a great place to sit and work or read. The restaurant has a lovely view and nice selection of food choices. Overall, I would recommend the Little Elm for both business and leisure stays.

It was new and modern. Contained a great lobby, seating area with a bar and outside patio.

Didn’t feel comfortable about the cleanness of the room. Previous guest had spilt nail polish on the new desktop area, and that should’ve been cleaned up/removed and it was not. It was left there. also the shower tiles were not clean, felt like bleach should’ve been used in the shower area as it had a funny odor as well.

The breakfast was delicious and super convenient. The bartender server was extremely accommodating. The selection of food items wa great and the common room with the view was too! The parking was super easy. The location was great. Many attractions like the park and trail also places to eat.

The new development will need a stoplight in front because traffic volume has increased in the area. In the rooms the air conditioner units look tacky.

This is a newer property and very nice. The staff was also very nice.

Two things I didn’t care for: No breakfast included and had to buy breakfast in the restaurant but it was decent. Everything was clean and nice but it seemed like the role floors were mopped with a chemical instead of regular mop water so they seemed a little slippery.

The staff was super nice and the room was clean. Police patrol in the parking lot made it seem safe. Well lit parking lot. The rooftop bar was amazing. I had the bees knees and it was perfect. I will come back just to eat! Loved the decor in the library area upstairs also

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice.

It was an event going on at the park next door, and it took about 20 minutes to find parking when we arrived. Once the event was over, there were plenty of parking spaces.

I enjoyed our stay at this brand-new hotel. The room was large and spacious. Check in is on the 4th floor, and the lobby is really nice. We stayed at this hotel for the Little Elm park event and its very close to that. Thank You very much.

We had some issues finding the front door due to all of the construction. I really wish this hotel offered breakfast.

Locations are beautiful The view is beautiful Breakfast options are not too much but delicious.

The curtains had a motor and didn’t worked. I informed the front desk and they changed me to another room. The second room wasn’t exceptionally clean.
