The location was excellent, easy walk to the main shopping centre and the harbour. Comfy rooms with a convenient layout. Great facilities that all worked perfectly - fridge, microwave, smart TV, a heater that worked really well, comfy bed with electric blanket. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

The decor is showing its age; could do with a spruce up. The door in the shower didn't shut properly.

Excellent location near the scenic central business area. A good one night stop as part of a staged journey. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfy and warm, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Parking outside room door was convenient and secure.

The property is ageing and that was most evident in the cabinetry and bathroom fit out, and to a lesser extent in the decor.

The motel is older style. Room was huge with separate area for fridge, tea making facilities etc. The bathroom was also large. Very nice duvet and bed linen along with an electric blanket. It was quiet at night. Good value for money

The bed/ mattress was a bit uncomfortable due to wear and tear Otherwise no complaints

Very friendly staff, fabulous greeting, with great tips for spots to dine in the area. I had no problems with the room either, and would happily stay for several nights in the spacious room.

Very clean, spacious, with all the amenities needed for short or even longer stays.

The location was perfect for me as it was a 2 minute walk to the pub for dinner and a 2 minute drive to my first job Great water pressure in the shower and got hot really quick

The fridge needs to be anchored as it kept sliding every time I opened or closed it

The staff patiently guided me how to get the key and found our residence. Due to a scheduling error, we had already missed the opening hours of the reception when we arrived. The house was just good enough for six people to live in. There are also many restaurants nearby, not far from the pier!I will come again next time I have the opportunity!

Close proximity to city centre and the esplanade. Having a car park in front of our bedroom was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood.

Our room had a strange smell. It smelled like it hasn’t been aired for a long time. We tried to open bathroom and toilet windows to create a flow of air from the front door and front windows. Couldn’t open bathroom and toilet windows.

Very good hospitality. The owners were really helpful and attentive. Response was good and felt welcoming. Rooms were spacious and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and kitchen area was clean as well. All the equipments for a comfortable stary were provided including bed heater and room heater.

Ofcourse the hotel is not new so looks its age.

Very competitive prices with spacious (I felt anyway) room and adjoining ensuite. Courteous front of house staff: made us feel very welcomed. Location really close to shops, main streets but secluded enough not to be noisy. Would happily return to this motel.

Maybe just mowing the entrance lawns- a small point but does make an impact upon arrival. All else, very good.

Good size room and very clean. Great location within walking distance to most places of interest.

A couple of comfortable lounge chairs for watching tv or putting tv on wall to watch from bed.
