Great location near to excellent biking roads, close to the centre but not too busy. Comfortable bed, great staff & food. Good shower. Safe parking for motorcycles in the flat surface carpark, or a dodgy steep ride down into a secure garage if you really are paranoid about leaving bikes outside (never had any issues the times we have stayed). We have stayed three times now and I've still not managed to swim in the lovely little pool!

Separate toilet is VERY small. If you are above a UK 16 or have long legs it's a bit like a yoga challenge! Premier rooms are sold as being more spacious & with a Viaduct view but they are exactly the same size & the view isn't worth bothering with. Take the winding road that heads underneath to get the best view!

The location of the hotel, close to amenities, the stunning river, kids parks and town centre. The pool was a lovely treat, clean, safe and tidy.

The room was lovely and clean, sheets and bed very comfy however the quadruple room for a family of five was on quite small, not much space for pushchairs, luggage and people in the room at the same time. Pushchair often stored in the bathroom. Bunk beds for the kids were great but the space to walk in the room was minimal.

Clean rooms, welcoming staff. Great position to walk to river and into Millau. Nice views of the hills. Lovely to be able to swim after a long journey.

Only a couple of minor niggles: 1. The separate toilet in the rooms is tiny. 2. The environmental effort of paper cups for hot drinks and water in the room rather nullified by wrapping them individually in single use plastic. 3. The breakfast buffet-more of a choice of cheese would have been welcome.

Good parking. Comfortable, clean room. Lovely evening dinner and breakfast choice is good. Location is great for us enroute and we have stayed many times. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A previous guest had set a timer on the TV in our room that ‘blared’ into life at 0300. Not happy. A variety of seeds (pumpkin; sunflower) to go with the cereal in the morning would complement the cereal offer.

Just spent 2 nights in a 2nd floor room (hotel has a lift) with views of the viaduct. Lovely big bed with extra pillows and blanket if necessary. Decent shower and good wifi. Nice artwork too. The staff were super, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty although the portions were huge with starters the size of a main course. I felt embarrassed that I couldn't finish them. The hotel has a sizeable carpark and is near enough to walk to the town centre.

Restaurant was closed but had a local charcuterie and fromage plater in the bar. It was delicious. A large variety of food for breakfast. gluten free crackers were supplied for my husband. Walking distance to centre of Millau. Close to beautiful countryside and the Millau bridge. Free car parking next to the hotel.

The reception staff were both welcoming and efficient. Furthermore, the room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view over the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and a nearby pedestrian tunnel gave easy access to a riverside walk under the road. This was great for walking our dog.

Lady handling the check-ingave us a warm welcome and was kind and helpful. Great people skills Her male counterpart was more reserved, and distracted but he was quite mannerly too. The Room and bathroom weren't large but were very clean. Ample free private car parking. Location was very close to the old city, plenty to see. We were lucky to be there on a farmers food market day. Central air conditioning was a life saver on a 41°C day in July. The swimming pool is small but clean and cool. The river walk nearby is nice but with noisy traffic. Le Clevenol restaurant is rather civilised, fair and convenient

No fridge in the room, impossible to get a cold drink at night. The swimming pool and restaurant are facing towards a nosy distributor road. Room views were less than memorable. . Restaurants in the loca area are hit&miss, avoid the Au Bureau Bistro, sub-par food. Markets food a far better choice. But nothi g to dp with the Clevenol Hotel.

Staff were lovely and spoke english, thank you. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet. Nice easy walk into Millau. large car park, not secure but felt comfortable leaving the motorbike. Had a restaurant, bar and swimming pool

the heat controls had been blocked/disabled? We were a little cold but no problem, wonder when they turn on these facilities

Location was good for our touring holiday. It was a short walk into the historic town centre where we had dinner. There was a large coach party booked at the hotel and we appreciated the honesty of the receptionist who advised us about this when we asked about booking for their restaurant. Comfortable bed and a car park and we were all set
