We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is amazing just infront of the beach with many supermarkets, restaurants , bakery shop and cafes within reach, there was a churros truck just the other side of the street and it was lovely, the bus station and train are within walking distance. The pool was very nice and our baby girl loved it. The dinner was more than amazing we were impressed by the quality and taste of the food, the breakfast was nice, however some more varieties would be better. The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet was a bonus.

Only if there were more hot varieties at the breakfast, an omelette station would be fantastic.

Clean and nice room with a balcony. We have one, that faced to the sea. It is not the first line but we can see the sea between two building in front of us. Supermarket and the beach are very close. Beach is amazing. The swimming pool is also very good. There were not many people in July, so we can always have sunbeds near the swimming pool. Breakfast was very good! And the train station, from which you can get to Barcelona is a 10-minute walk away.

The price is high. There is a standard problem, like everywhere, that there are not enough shelves in the wardrobe, so you always have to keep things in a suitcase.

One of the best things this hotel has is the breakfast and the staff is very friendly, always attentive to what customers need. The pool area is very comfortable, clean and you can have a good time. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, including the bus stop and a laundry. The local people are very friendly, always ready to help.

The underground parking was uncomfortable, but very good security and the employees opened the gate quickly. The hotel hallways on the floor where the rooms are located are very dark at all times, but at least one small area where the room number is is illuminated. I must say that it is the first time I have experienced something like this but I did notice that they have a good security system.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful from the minute we made the reservation to the minute we checked out. The room was so nicely designed, so comfortable and very clean and quiet. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it had so many choices, one of the nicest breakfast buffets I have ever seen included in a hotel stay. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very delicious and the service was excellent. The location was one block, essentially across the street, from what we thought was the nicest part of a super nice long and wide beach with restaurants and bathrooms right on the beach almost every two blocks. We loved Castelldefels beach and the hotel even gives you beach towels to borrow. The hotel pool area is also very nice and is designed to get sun for most of the day.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to visit again someday. We would definitely pick this hotel again!

The hotel is in the best location, practically on the other side of the road, the beach is within 100m. Train station 5 minutes away. supermarket and a pharmacy is also 2 minutes away. The staff is especially nice and helpful, it was a great experience to stay here. The family room is actually two connected rooms, which was perfect with small children. We really liked the breakfast, everyone found their favorite.

The hotel is modern on the outside, but a bit older on the inside, as you can see in the photos. Since the bed's mattress is springy, if one of us turns over at night, the other one wakes up to find it undulating, which is not so pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, although the tiles around the tub and faucet were unfortunately moldy. Since my son is allergic to it, it was inconvenient for us.

The breakfast was excellent, very diverse, with a multitude of fruits, vegetables, dairy products and sausages. The serving time is very extended, until 11.00 every day, creating a great flexibility in planning the morning schedule. The location of the hotel is very good, being 15 minutes from the airport (taxi 30 Euros) and having 3 minutes from the beach, 1 minute from bus stop 94 (direct connection with Barcelona, the trip to Espana Square in the center of Barcelona takes 40 minutes), 1 minute from Sorli supermarket. The hotel staff is very kind, being open, kind and interacting with the tourists in the hotel only in cases when their help is requested. They wanted to ensure openness and a pleasant stay without disturbing or imposing severe disciplinary measures. The pool is very clean, being cleaned every 2-3 days. The rooms are spacious, most of them have a terrace for smokers, and a view of the beach and the main street.

Everything was perfect.

The room had excellent facilities and there was a door between the bathroom and bedroom where the closet is. This was a small and excellent detail - the L shaped desk made the room functional for packing and eating. Majority of the staff were full of life and really lovely with my little boy.

The restaurant didnt open until 7:30pm which is super late as I wanted to eat with my little boy. The waiter was excellent but even the wine list was low on stock and everything took time to provide Room was too dark - plenty of lights but all really dull which made it more challenging to pack in the early hours of the morning. Also breakfast start is at 7am only on weekdays and 7:30 weekends

Service, location, breakfast and breakfast area

We chose this hotel as it had a swimming pool and pool area. We live in Barcelona and wanted a change of scene for 24 hours. However, because the hotel was hosting a wedding, we were dissuaded from using the pool area when we checked in. The space usually available for residents and round the pool with sun beds was taken up with wedding organisation and the wedding party. It’s would have nice to know this in advance and we’d probably have chosen another hotel. In saying that, there were positive things about the hotel - staff, breakfast and breakfast terrace and location.

Bed was fine, the room wide enough. I ate pretty well at the restaurant for a moderate price.

I have asked three times to add points to my BW account (for that night) unsuccesfully despite of their confirmation ... Edit 25/06/2024 : The hotel finally credited my account, The key to a good customer / professional relationship. I appreciate.

The hotel is located close to the sea (about 100 meters), the railway station to the center of Barcelona is 500 meters away. There is a supermarket nearby. Staff was kind and always helpful. Good swimming pool. Beach towels at the hotel are free. Spacious balcony. Clean. Good internet connection. There was a wide selection for breakfast. We had adjacent, interconnected rooms, which was convenient. The beds satisfied us.

It would seem that there were no English-language TV channels.
