The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, which is worth a good rating. About the system set up, without a card, but with codes written on a card to access, either the garage or the rooms is not worth much. What a hassle, and not just for us. For breakfast, start at 6:30 to 10:30 which is nice. On the other hand, if you arrive, which is our case at 8am, some cheese or meat dishes are 3/4 empty, and even during our presence, no one came to refill. The location of the hotel is very good, we spent 4 nights there. The hotel is a 4 star! I don't think so, and too expensive. It's up to you to see if it's worth it.

The location of the hotel - which was right near the historic city center. The rooms were very modern and clean and spacious (by European Standards). It also had a refrigerator - which is rare in Europe. The fee for the ease of parking was money well spent retrospectively; versus hunting for parking offsite. Also the staff were fantastic and multi-lingual; specifically: Jessi, Sophia and the housekeeping staff (Gal from Romania whose name escapes me).

Would like to have an in-room microwave for longer term stays like ours. The parking garage is cramped by American standards; but "par for the course: in Europe and Australia. Also note that if the underground parking is full; you can park above ground in the area for "Ginn City Parking" - behind the line that says "Parken Verboten". Which wasn't clear to me at first.

Very modern hotel right by the main train station. Handicapped room was available and truly big enough for a wheelchair (in bathroom as well)! Accessible shower/toilet were great and so helpful!!! Breakfast was really good - although some things weren't replaced when they were gone. Still plenty to eat (hot breakfast as well). Great location, especially if traveling by train. Easy to walk to city center from there. Bakery & restaurants nearby. Nice staff!

No free parking; limited parking in garage (full while we were there). However, I was able to find free on-street parking as it was the weekend - would be more difficult during the week. There is an additional lot for EUR 5/day - but this was also full during our stay. Breakfast buffet should be replenished more, especially considering that breakfast on the weekends runs quite late.

central to the city , restaurants great ,shops train stations and buses. It serves the purpose for a few days out and about around the beautiful area . Friendly and helpful staff . basic but everything is clean and funktional .

No service for breakfast ,no toaster,just two choices of eggs for breakfast boiled or hard long standing scrambled . Breakfast was sufficient nevertheless. the lounge bar was closed but it was possible to get a drink from the drinks cabinet and pay at the reception.

Ginn City and Lounge Ravensburg it is by far the best hotel we have stayed this time in germany! Everything perfect, organized and clean. An exceptional breakfast and an incredible human welcome. It is the first time that in addition to scoring I decided to write because it surprised me. Congratulations to everyone involved in the process of establishing the Ginn network. I look forward to meeting you in more countries.

Modern and trendy hotel at prime location, certainly the best option in Ravensburg. My second stay here. Good value for money. Mini-fridge and kettle in the room. Has AC.. Huge TV screen, nice to watch the Euro24 from the bed. Breakfast was adequate and not overpriced if booked in advance together with the room

due to the location next to the railway station, sleeping with open/tilted windows is hardly possible .

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, even though right beside the train station. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Available parking space at the hotel was limited, and when we arrived a bit later in the day (7:00 PM) there were no parking spots left. However, staff did have good recommendations for nearby parking, so it was OK

Really quiet, despite being next to the station. Even with the window open we didn't hear the trains. It was immaculately clean and very warm...we had temperatures of -9C while we were there! The breakfast was excellent...an amazing choice and beautifully fresh. The staff were delightful. Very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 min walk to Marienplatz and the shops.Perfect!

I failed to notice the daily charge for parking so that was a slight surprise at 15 euros a day. It isn't immediately obvious on the Booking.com site but it is there. However, it was extremely convenient to be able to use the hotel carpark especially in the extreme weather conditions. The spaces are tight and often other guests parked badly and selfishly which was a shame as it made it more difficult to park.

Excellent location: Right next to main station, but also easy to reach by car and with proper parking space. The picturesque center of Ravensburg is within walking distance (but the hotel is not within this historic center). The whole hotel is very new, and thus everything is rather modern. Room was good and spacious, including bed. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Buffet in breakfast room sometimes was a bit crowded.

Finally, a place in Ravensburg that has air conditioning! Nice bar downstairs! Close to everything you want. Clean and professional

Having to use a button to get into parking, had to wait 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Was told to use your room id key but the pad was taped up. Seems like the concierge was unaware.
