I have stayed here many times over the years. It's always a nice place to stay. Pricing on booking.com was pretty unbeatable for the quality of the hotel. This trip we were heading to a show at The Chicago Theater and didn't want to pay downtown Chicago prices. The Hyatt in Lisle was close enough to stay and then travel into the city for the show, and it was cheaper for 2 rooms than 1 room downtown. If we are staying anywhere while visiting Chicago, it's usually here at the Hyatt.

We only had 3 issues while staying there this time. Issue 1 was that our shower didn't drain fast enough to take a shower without almost filling the bathtub up completely. Never had that issue before, and I didn't want to take the time to complain. Issue 2 is more of a personal issue, and that was the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Issue 3 was that even numbered rooms were on the side closest to the interstate, and when traffic picked up in the morning, you got to hear plenty of traffic noise. We were on the 14th floor, and the noise got a little bothersome as traffic picked back up in the morning. But it doesn't deter us from staying here again.

The bed was comfortable.

It looks like it hadn't been updated in quite some time. No one changed the sheets on my bed for the four nights I stayed there. I would have like them to change the sheets after two nights because then my mom joined me. It would have been nice to have clean sheets. I asked for them but they said it was too late. They could have done it earlier. Maybe there weren't enough maids working?

The size of the room was nice. The housekeeping staff was great. Front desk service was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean.

The elevators were working properly. You need to have your elevators serviced. Also, the cleanliness on the elevators should have been wiped down the gold part on the walls. Also, I’m used to have any microwave oven in my room

The staff here is amazing. The front desk lady named Kim was absolutely incredible. She was super nice and asked me what I was there for when I had told her that I was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. She then upgraded my room for free. It was the room with the panoramic view. It was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t thank her enough.

25 min from Chicago international airport, Lisle is the best place to stay if you have business meetings in the area and same time you want to go and visit Chicago downtown. 10-15 min driving there is Naperville, nice old town with good typical restaurants. If you like crab cakes this is the right place!

If you want to have some entertainment and not just business facilities it is a bit out of the life!

Every staff member was super friendly, from front desk to breakfast room, to bartender, to housekeeper, and especially Gee, who always seemed to be around the lobby, willing to help, share a laugh and give advise.

Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, but overall everything was super

Hard to sleep, our room had a window/wall that was continuously making a clicking sound our entire stay. Bed didn’t have a fitted sheet only a top sheet

It was very nice to have coffee and water available in the lobby.

I would like to see more receptacles for recycling- in the lobby, at elevators, etc.

The room set up was comfortable. The lobby is really open and has a great lounging area.

The front desk receptionist wasn't very welcoming. The TV was signal was going out often during a movie. The view from the room was awful - highway.

Nice rate, friendly staff, clean room.

The lighting in the room was dated- plus the bulbs were too dim or not working. Overall I'd recommend staying there!
