I was in different hotels, villas, bungalows. I can't even find words to describe my impressions of staying in this wonderful house. Friends, this is the best thing that can happen to you in Bali, honestly. great staff, kind people. It was here that I was able to entrust the washing of things made of delicate fabrics, which I really love and cherish. I have an important hobby for my soul - I love to cook. It was in this house that I had the opportunity to enjoy my hobby to the fullest: the kitchen is perfect for reading, there are all the necessary appliances for cooking. The yard is very clean and well maintained. The street is quiet and calm, no noise. In the morning you can go out and enjoy meditation, yoga, just collect your thoughts and walk barefoot on the grass. But, the best thing that happened to me on the island was Opi. I'm not exaggerating. Opi is the doctor of the soul. This is a smart, loyal, true friend. I will remember him all my life. Many thanks to the owner of this wonderful house, Desi, for organizing the space in such a way that it is impossible to find a single reason why you would not fall in love with this house.

The position is perfect, nearby Dreamland beach (put the location Dreamland Parking Area which is 8min from the house, instead of putting dreamland beach which will double the distance/time) and nearby Balangan Beach! You can also reach other attractions quite fast with a scooter! The house offers a shared kitchen and dining area therefore if you want to order something after an entire day out, you can eat it in a cozy environment! The rooms are not big but comfortable. They offer a laundry service on site, which is quite nice as well! The garden is very nice and you can chill on the hanging chairs! Nearby you can find very nice restaurants, our favourite one is Ayus food from the heart, for breakfast and lunch!!! We had a very nice time and had some lovely chats with the neighbors of the other rooms! We will definitely come back!

This is not a negative thing, since it is quite a normal thing in Bali: the neighbors around thee property own 2-3 roosters which you can imagine have their own wake up time, so if you are a light sleeper like me, I recommend you putting some earplugs as soon as you go to bed :) this thing didn’t bothered our sleep with the earplugs!

I stayed here for around a month. Perfect for me as it is really in the center of Bukit. Close to everywhere by motorbike and also quiet in the little street. The room is clean but not the biggest in Bali for sure. But you will spend very little time in it since the yard is just perfect for hang out. No mosquitos and with the breeze, I had so many good moments there with the sunshine. Full kitchen and free coffee is definitely a plus. And all staffs are helpful and willing to help you with your questions. In short, not a villa with swimming pool but a nice little home with lots of greens.

Desi and the staff here are so lovely and kind! I got pretty sick my first night, and after I had let Desi know they came to check on me and bring me a few things to make me more comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The place itself is really nice, big communal areas that are clean and well maintained , and the rooms were exceptionally clean too. The location is about 20mins on a scooter to bingin beach, which is pretty good considering the price of rooms. There is also a main road, with plenty of places to eat + grocery store, about a 5min walk from the Bali Boarding house.

Where shall I start…. A truly special place. If I would stay for longterm in Bali/Uluwatu, this is the place I would choose! The area of the homestay is perfect, it is quiet but all the stuff to do in Uluwatu is easily reachable by scooter. The room is perfect, comfy bed, fridge, all is clean, nice bathroom. The garden and the outdoor kitchen are an absolute highlight! Everything is made so lovely and the staff takes care of the homestay so well. Also the staff is so lovely, helping and make you feel at home! I can just say: Thank you thank you thank you! You made our last days of our journey perfect. If I come back to Uluwatu one day, I will definitely know where I will stay ♥️

Very cosy and beautiful green place. Super clean! Good to stay for a few days. Very kind hostess. There are several chillout areas on the territory: Swing Chairs. Tables. Espresso machine for guests to use. Good clean shared kitchen. Memory foam pillows. About 18 minutes by bike to nyang nyang beach on a good road. There is a cafe next to the guesthouse where you can have breakfast.

The room was quite small. There was no comfortable workspace. There was no chair in the room and the desk was very narrow to put a laptop, also no wardrobe. I'd like to stay longer but I can't, I don't have a normal desk- because I sit and draw a lot. WC combined with shower.

The property itself is really beautiful, lots of green and plants. The common areas are fantastic, everything needed to relax, chill and have a great coffee. The room was very clean, comfortable, great bed and shower. Staff was very kind and super helpful at all times. A great place in a great location in Uluwatu, you can go west, south, east very easily. Also easy access to Legian if you need to by motorcycle. Also, the dog is super cute :)

The scooters we rented are a bit worn out, not a big deal but subpar compared to what we've rented in Bali

The owners were very sweet, nice with a kitchen (and refill water) and a cute garden. We got the impression that a few people stayed there long term and liked the place and owners a lot.

The bedlinen smelled weird/moist and woke up every night because dogs were barking/fighting close by. Also we were told that if we liked our stay we were welcome to rate the place but we 'should know that if we didn't gave them a 10/10 it would lower their ratings'. We thought that was a weird comment bc we rate places so people know the ups and downs and use them alot for the same reason so we think a honest review is important.

Evererythings at the Bali boarding house are perfect. Rooms are fresh and so clean. There is a Big garden with tree, so you Can chill in the shadow. Desi, the indonesian woman owner, and her team are realy cool and so kind. You Can rent a scooter there with surfing rack if you need. Go to Bali boarding house 🙂🙂🙂

Best hostel in Bali ! I had the pleasure of staying at the BaliBoarding House and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. Overall, my experience at the BaliBoarding House was nothing short of exceptional.
