Silent, quiet place but ıt's hard to reach the location. Make sure take the right path to go the, if you're going by car

Roads are horrible (cuz we took other direction by google maps) receptionist barely speak english, Italians doesn't speak anyway

The room was very clean. Breakfast was nothing special; some bread, meats, cereal, juices, and coffee.

The apartment is located in the mountain and was very hard to find. I drive a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and many of the roads were very small and barely fitting 1 car. I missed my turn by accident and it took me back another 20 mins because there is nowhere to turn around. It was getting dark and raining which didn't help my visibility. We haver been driving for 8 hours and arrived around 7 pm. There are no restaurants around within 15 miles. We were lucky we had snacks we brought with us and that saved us. The apartment is very nice, its just the location that we didn't like.

It was good for the purpose: a one-night stop over on our way from Zürich to France. Breakfast was included and was sufficient.

The windy roads leading up to the property (my fault - I should have researched ahead of time - one of our children gets car sick). We had to book two rooms for our family of 4. They could have easily put a child’s bed in the room that had as it was big enough - they refused. Obviously, if staying longer it’s nice to have more space but for a stop over we would have preferred the kids to be with us.

It is a very nice villa, for the value it is excellent, clean facilities, breakfast was great, and the gentleman who took care of us had very good english. We were in room number 6, which had very spacious bathroom with a nicely designed shower, bidet next to the toilet and a sink. The sliding door to the bathroom is a bit odd design choice, but overall a very nice stay. The town’s location is very remote, so it can be a plus and a minus as well, depending on your point of view.

The only downside about our stay were other guests, which were very noisy, as the walls and doors in the property are very thin. Not the owner’s fault, I’d say though. The drive up to Pellio Intelvi can be frustrating for some, as it’s just twisting narrow roads, for me it was a pleasure, only thing I did not like that there is only one decent restaurant in the vicinity, which tends to be crowded.

The accomododation met with our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The room was extremely clean and had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well. In short, the accomodation ticked all the boxes for an overnight stop.

The accomodation is very much off the beaten track. It is difficult to find. Our sat nav took us to the indicated address, but there was absolutely no sign of the hotel. Eventually we found it after driving around the mountains and coming into the village from the other direction. The reception was not clearly marked and not staffed on arrival. After asking another guest we found a note with a key to our room and from there everything went well. You have to drive a good ten minutes into San Fedele Intelvi to find a restuarant for an everning meal. The drive from Como was OK. The drive back towards Lugano was rather adventurous. Approach the hotel from this direction at your peril!!

Nice view and yummy breakfast. The wardrobe was almost antique and very beautiful. It was clean (except corners in the shower). The staff was friendly and helpful.

There are problems with the water supply (not the hotel's fault, the place has a general problem with water pressure). The bed covers had several small blood stains. There was a door between our and the neighboring room, so one could hear the people next door and vice versa. All in all, I would still say it was a nice place to stay because it is budget friendly and has good value for money.

Private entry to room, large bedroom and bathroom. Good quality breakfast with very helpful staff. We needed an Italian adapter and the staff lent us two so we could charge up phones and laptop. We arrived late but our room key was left according to instructions. We were allowed to stay an extra hour in the dining/outside area so we could charge our phones. The staff were courteous and helpful. It is in a lovely location, overlooking the village and hillside beyond. It is excellent accommodation for the price. Lugano prices are tops and we were travelling to Lake Como anyway.

There was no air conditioning. There was no hair dryer although we gathered later that one could be borrowed from reception. We arrived late as we had stayed in Lugano for evening dinner. The gmaps/booking.com route to Pellio from Lugano is steep and has frequent hairpin bends so is better attempted in the daylight and with a good confident driver! The booking.com route takes you exactly to the accommodation but the last part is up a long driveway and is the house directly facing you at the top. Again, arrive in daylight if possible.

The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was not varied but tasty. We arrived later and found the key on reception, which was no problem for us. I found a parking space within the location.

The floor of the room makes sounds with every step which is a bit annoying

Very clean, silent and a good place if you want to stay in the mountains. The manager Lorenzo was very kind, The breakfast was over Italian standards, with cheese, eggs, and ham, very delicious. The hotel may not be a good selection for a stopover. the road especially from the Lugano side was interesting but also very very curvy and narrow. I would definitely stay again but not for a stopover.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, spacious room and bath room with necessary facilities, good breakfast. Very friendly welcome from the hotel manager who cordially assisted me with my requests.

Good sound insulation outside, but lack of it inside, you can hear every sound from neighboring rooms.
