It was modern, clean, had lots of space and a garage. Sam, the host, managed to be present even though he was on the other side of the globe. Every interesting spot of the city was 20 to 30 min away by car, that's definitely a sweet spot in a city as big as LA!

Nowhere to go by foot from there. You're pretty much forced to have a car - but that's true for the whole city.

Very clean and spacious. The instructions sent before were very clear. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We really liked staying there!

The gate for the parking space is very narrow. It may be tricky to park depending on the size of the car.

Great apartment. Really spacious and big bedrooms and open living area. The apartment had a garage and we could comfortably fit our SUV in. Location was pretty central and everything was around a 20 minute drive. There’s a target 15 min walk away so that was good.

Location area was a little sketchy.

The area wasn’t the best but I love the fact that it had stores nearby . Rather it was shopping for groceries, clothes etc… everything was in close distance.

They were only 2 tv’s throughout the house.

Easy to get places. Close to a Ralph’s and Starbucks. The washer and dryer was very handy to have.

Parking was tricky - but that can’t be helped!

Good location for Hollywood, Universal, Airport and Beaches. Disneyland approximately 50 minutes away. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet so great for 4 or more guests. Garage beneath the property and the property felt very secure. We had a large SUV which was a little difficult to park but were advised by the owners about this prior to arriving. There is always the option of parking on the road outside the property. Good facilities (TVs), breakfast bar and outside seating area if time permits in the evening to chill out.

We stayed for 8 nights and had very noisy people in the adjoining property and were woken regularly by them for approx 4 nights. As the walls are quite thin we could hear them throughout the property particularly the stairwell and bathrooms. If the guests are more respectful then noise shouldn’t be a problem.

Excellent service, good location. I was close to Universal Studios and close to the beach. The facilities were very good. I rested comfortably, I recommend it.

Villa was 15 minutes from the Grove/Farmers Market, which my family loved and easy to get to all the other attractions. The place was clean and spacious for a group of 5 people plus 3 bathrooms in each room. The kitchen was supplied with our basics and laundry machine. The host was easy to reach and communicate with and would absolutely stay here again!!

The property does have a single car garage & it’s best to have a small car, other wise nothing! It was an amazing stay!!

Garage is quite small and tricky to get your car in, A Big Car seems to be impossible to get in. With our Toyota Rav 4, it worked fine
