Great location on Soi 5 phratanmak. Few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and shops etc. Betty chilled area. Ten minutes walk past shops etc to lovely beach. Lovely area in the evenings for families and couples. A far cry from the madness of pattaya! Hotel really clean. Lovely pool on roof with great views. Room a good size. Big safe for laptop etc. Good power points. Nice balcony.

Only negative was that there was no staff on top floor to service at pool for drinks etc. Could have been staff shortages etc but not a massive issue

Great location. Some staff were helpful. Even though they weren’t able to accommodate my request for early check in, they were kind enough to give us a free breakfast.

Seems like an old property and the age shows ! Linens (both bed and bath) could use an upgrade. Was around 2am and wanted some water and the receptionist whilst being on phone just replied come back in the morning for water!

Breakfast was ok, the location was really good for the local area and a short walk to the beach. The rooftop pool area was very good although the bar opening times during the day were rather sporadic. I enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I extended my stay for a further 2 nights. Nice area with bars and restaurants in very close proximity, only 5 minutes walk to the night market as well. Only a short journey into Pattaya main area if you want a busier night as well.

Awesome friendly staff!

The breakfast buffet is the same everyday but if it's not eaten that day is put out next day, sausages and ham sitting in warm water day after day is not appealing. Even the bread is put out day after day and if it's not stale it's defrosting. The restaurant is the big let down at this property and I can see why no one uses it for lunch or dinner.

Hotel is very nice.. good location. very nice swimming pool with amazing view.. Rooms are comfortable and big.. staff is also nice.. i will go back soon.. i recommend👍👍

The view was not so nice, even though we had a long booking. I would have liked to be on the other side of the building. But I also did not ask to be relocated, so maybe this would have been a viable solution.

Check In and check out very effective. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and nice and this refer to bathroom as well. Bed is comfortable and good, blankets are solid and big and the aircondition work perfectly. Swimmingpool with bar on the roof and restaurant downstairs.

The location was perfect, the rooms were a good size and cleaned beautifully everyday the staff were lovely and very helpful overall enjoyed my month's stay here and would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.beautiful rooftop pool and bar with stunning sea view and lovely restaurant on ground floor very satisfactory all round.
