One of the greatest locations in southern South America to stay. Definitely the best in Patagonia. Staff was very kind and efficient. Facilities are impeccable.

We paid for the most expensive room with the greatest view from the lake. When booking, we explicitly asked for a high floor room, but at our arrival, we realized they placed us in the lowest floor, thus with the worst view. They were not able to move us to a better room since all rooms were occupied by other guests. Also, the room was extremely hot at our arrival since the heating system was set to maximum. The heat was unbearable and we had to leave the windows and door open in order to cool down the space. Food in the restaurants was extremely expensive and not too great.

We had stayed at the Llao Llao 19 years ago and were a little afraid that it wouldn't live up to the wonderful memories we had of it. Not to worry - it was every bit as lovely as we remembered it. The location is ideal, the food was great and the common areas were as beautiful as could be. The fellow who checked us in was delightful and very helpful, making a large hotel seem small and intimate.

Many, many more children than when we were here last. Slightly understaffed, especially in the area where they serve tea. But the hostess stepped in when she saw that we weren't getting any service and recommended a nice (and well priced) sparkling wine. The concierge desk started off a bit unhelpful when trying to make reservations for dinner our first night, but later a woman who worked there was terrific.

Historical hotel with breathtaking views all around! The rooms are renovated and the decor is beautiful! The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The pool is stunning and at the perfect temperature and there is a private marina with many recreational options included. They also offer activities like archery and guided walks that were very fun, all included as well. Many options at breakfast and the hall is facing the mountains and lakes which makes the experience even nicer. The hotel has literally everything one may need from travel agency, hair saloon, spa, photography services, stores etc.

Magnificent historical hotel in a fabulous location with 360 degree views. It’s big but has so many cosy rooms and corners that it feels homey. Even the cheaper rooms are spacious! Food options are great and the swimming pool (views) is (are) excellent. Staff are formal but in a very pleasant and friendly way. We could do hikes from the hotel without a car/taxi which was great!

Nothing really. Except perhaps that it is used as a conference location so loud groups do get together in the lobby bar from time to time, which somewhat distracts from the magical feel this place has.

Food and drinks are excellent. Breakfast buffet and stations are very complete with all the options I can think about. There are 3 restaurants and a central bar / afternoon tea buffet all with great high end food and service. They brew their own beer. Wine list is on the expensive side with some affordable options. Meat and fish options are incredible! FInally, the views of the mountains and lake are breath taking and the external heated swimming pool is a major plus!

We stayed for a whole week in the end of August and the hotel was very busy the whole time (and I heard from the hotel staff that it is like that all year long). Besides hotel guests there are a lot of day visitors and conferences happening as well. So, sometimes that really impacts the experience, making it a bit less relaxing overall.

The hotel is located in between lakes and mountains ( Andes) The garden are perfectly manicured.The infinity pool. The lobby, the spa, all great The staff super attentive

Its far from the center approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic what it is pretty hectic on Avenida Bustillo The rooms are small and outdated, i know they have a renovated wing but we stayed at the old part. No coffee maker in the bedroom the minifrigo didn’t work and the bathroom was very uncomfortable They should improve also the check in /out process very slow.

The location is unique. Absolutely beautiful.

The maids don’t know how to make the beds properly. They spend too much time in the corridors chatting among themselves. I had to remake my bed every day! The restaurant was a let down . I expected a menu that would reflect the luxury of the hotel. The portions were too big and prepared without much culinary know how. The breakfast buffet was good. But the buffet for dinner or lunch with side dishes or vegetables to be served with our main course was not good, just abundant.

Classic lodge atop a mountain with beautiful mountain and lake views. Multiple restaurants and amenities. One of a kind. Friendly, helpful staff.

WIFI in room was usually unavailable. The bathroom was nice but a bit cramped. Should have reserved a taxi ahead of time, since none were available immediately at checkout. Food in the restaurants was good and inexpensive but not excellent. The pool was closed during our stay, presumably for annual maintenance. It's a long ride into town, but there is lots to do on the property and nearby.

We loved everything about this hotel/resort. The property is spotless, the service is excellent, the activities offered such as hiking, mountain biking, archery were fun. The buffet breakfast had great variety and included a omelette station. They have nightly entertainment - the tango show was very entertaining. Overall this resort is top notch 👍

the hotel seriously needs to rethink the checkout experience. our stay was fantastic until the very last minute. My wife and I arrived at the reception with 4 luggages and no assistance was given to help us and we had to walk 200 meters with our luggages down hill to the car park. no something you expect from a 5 stars hotel. really disappointing.
