Our stay at Paraiso Dakhla was truly exceptional! The breathtaking surroundings and perfect location offered easy access to clean and safe facilities. The staff's incredible friendliness made us feel right at home, with everyone from the manager to the hotel owner being welcoming and attentive to our needs. We delighted in the varied and excellent cuisine, savoring every flavor, while the restaurant staff added to the warm atmosphere with their hospitality. The kite institute and instructors were fantastic, always available to provide invaluable guidance and advice, making our learning experience both fun and addictive. It was the perfect getaway for travelers like us, seeking a connection with nature and a vibrant social community. I eagerly await the chance to return!

Found Hotel Paraiso Dakhla for a kite surfing trip, Bouba was so helpful from the second be booked, and booked up all the lesson and kit we all needed. They where super flexible when our flights were canceled and we had to change the times. transfer was there waiting for us, arrival to hotel was smooth friendly and smiles from everyone. Checkin was easy just in time for dinner. Rooms are big and spacious and extremely clean and comfortable with just the best views. it all looked nice but it's even better in person. Cleaned daily far more than needed but was nice but not necessary special with only 1 person in the rooms Food for every meal was delicious good choice and excellent quality and as much as you wanted. all staff are friendly happy and genuinely please to have you there. i am a slightly fussy eater and i still managed to find plenty to eat at every meal. pool & pool bar was a nice touch too. kite school is excellent with the instructors speaking in perfect english and French very clear and easy to understand what was being explained. hire kit was high quality and in good condition and all set up for you with help on hand any time you need it. wind was not perfect for our stay but due to the kite centre being open long hours we were able to kite every day for 4 or 5 hours up to sunset this was perfect for our needs in every was as 4 middle aged travellers who where there to kitesurf. it caters for all and its not a party hotel like some others its was just the right balance for us. Wifi was nearly always perfect & fast the water does smell of sulphur as its from a bore hole its not an issue all you soon get used to it not sure why people have moaned about it.

Great place for quiet times and kitesurfing. Great rooms with Space and a view.

Be aware: There is not much else than watersports to do there. In low tide the water goes back almost one km away from the station. The tractor goes forth and back with a trailer to bring guests to the waterfront. However, sometimes wind and high tide go together and then you can kite in front of the hotel. However, water depth is still very low, careful with jumps. Upwind kiting to the speed spot in low tide is worthwhile. 25 minutes tack is required in 25 knots. There, and only in low tide, there is the flatest water you can dream about and water deep enough for high jumps gone wrong.

Great new hotel to Dakhla. There were 3 of us from the UK at the hotel for a week to Kite & the staff and the facilities couldn't be better. Great, large clean rooms overlooking the lagoon. The food was amazing with mainly buffet lunches and dinner. Prices for drinks at the bar are a little on the high side - but that's no different from any of the resorts we've stayed at previously. It's over the far side of the lagoon and we were the only kiters staying at Paraiso, so it was fantastic to have the space and not feel too crowded on the water with a short tractor ride out to the lagoon at low tide. Absolutely loved our time here & will be booking again next year, thanks!

Beautiful place. The spot is tide-dependent - I had one session per day with high-tide when you can launch at the hotel. During low tide, the hotel provides fun transportation (via tractor) to the water. I had couscous on the day of my arrival, and it was the most delicious meal I had on my entire trip. I did an organized downwinder to the white dune, which was fun. Kite school was very helpful with doing some repairs on my equipment. All rooms have a great view - lagoon and sunset is truly amazing. I stayed in two other places in Dakhla and this one is my favorite due to location and relaxation factor.

Room is a bit expensive for solo travelers, but still good value considering it is full board (and food is great). Internet in room and common area is fast when it is there - and there are many networks to connect to. Cell phone internet also works reasonably well. However, some networks go away or slow down for no apparent reason, which seems to be a common problem in the area (same situation at the other two places I stayed in Dakhla). So it's a good place for a workation, but I would be nervous attending important remote meetings.

An extraordinary space where desert meets the sea, where thermal baths and dragon island excursions are available. A heaven for kite surfing. The food is amazing. Service is excellent. Some rooms have no wifi no AC and no TV but it is done on purpose in order to connect with nature and with other guests. Otherwise fiber connection is available for those who must have it for work.

On the rare occasion when there is a heat wave, AC may not be available for those who cannot withstand the heat. I was fine with the pool but my wife needed the AC during a hot October day. The mud baths excursion to dragon island could use more description or more instructions before hand, where to get the mud from and how it is done...

The staff and the placement, the food was different everyday, if you like homemade food and the quiet of the desert go there. The kitesurf school always helpful. December is not the best time for kitting but still worthy. A lot of activities besaide kite. Just ask for them.

The wind wasn't with us in that time of the year even though we kite 3 days of 5... Nothing to do with the hotel

The room was clean, spacious and comfy. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was fantastic, top notch stuff. Enjoyable meals with thoughtful presentation, looks as good as it tastes. Free transfer from and to the airport.

Nothing negative, however perceptions can vary depending on expectations. It's the perfect place to escape from the crowds and enjoy an astonishing Beach just for yourself, but not for those who think that calm and quiet is boring. Don't be disappointed if you smell sulfur in the water, consider it as a free therapy for your skin.

New, well managed. Good location for kitesurfing, not crowded. Staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating, food selection and quality was very decent. Service at the bar was exceptional. You can also order oysters and lobsters with some advance notice - all are very good quality. Continue working on improving facilities, gym and spa construction is underway.

If you don’t do kitesurfing I would not recommend this for family vacation. Not much to do or go to around.
