The ammenities were very nice. Loved all of the activities that were offered. It was nice to get in to the Villa with a wristband and nice to checkout with just a text. The Villa was very clean and I appreciated that! Loved the laundry and dishwasher. The screened in porch was great.

The tiles on the kitchen counter were cracked and the couch didn't have any pillows. The bathroom could have used an over the door hanger for towels. When I booked on booking.com I didn't know it was a Wyndham resort, so it was hard for us to find the check in since the address that was given didn't match up to the confirmation text. The street number didn't exist and their was no sign at said Pocono Villa Resort anywhere. Pocono Villa Resort needs a sign at the corner of Buttermilk Falls Rd. We pulled into the Wyndham resort and hoped we were at the right place!

Check in person didn't tell us our room was on Shawnee property so we drove around lost for 20 minutes. I had to vacuum up fingernail clippings and there was someone's dirty bra under the bed.

The location-the villa was super nice, We also enjoyed the pool both indoor and outdoor & the basketball court.

It would've been helpful to know that its a limit on the number of devices that can be used for the wifi & after 4 devices you have to pay.

We want to say Thank You to the girl at the reception Natalie for her help and information she told us about the resort. We had an amazing time at this place. Will definitely stay longer next time.

the only thing we didn't like was the water in the pool, it was too dirty

Everything I had a party for my daughter she turn 11 years old and we had a blast I can’t wait to go back soon

The only thing the hot water tank is only a 50 gallon tank so you can run hot water to much cause if it gos out you have to wait 45 mins to get hot water again

It was not clean, there was dust everywhere, especially behind the beds. The dinner table table was "sticky ", it was certainly not clean.

The one bedroom suite was beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. I was surprised how big the rooms were. And the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

The exterior needed work. The bushes were overgrown, they needed to be trimmed. And the porch was covered with leaves that had been there a while.

I absolutely love coming here it’s so nice and relaxing. I always have a great stay. The villas are nice and spacious and, I love the screened in porch. This place just gives me peace.

Needs a little bit of remodeling but, it’s still doable.

The location was good and amenities was okay. The apartment furniture was outdated but i was okay with that. The back porch was a plus. Nice price.

No one knows it as poconco villa resorts, not even the checkin staff at Shawnee desk. I was turn away, then one staff looked my information up. The apartment chandelier has spiderwebs and needs dusting. Also no mirrors in bedrooms. Maybe one full size mirror should be added in the apartment. Also no sheets available for sofabed. Owner should add alittle glamour.

I loved that there was a playground right outside the villa, and it was very spacious.

Room service, I wanted ice and they said they couldn't bring it.
