I recently had the pleasure of staying at Romanos Luxury Collection resort Costa Navarino, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. As a pet owner, I was thrilled to find that this hotel is truly pet-friendly. I could take my furry companion with me everywhere, including the restaurants beach, swimming pool and for breakfast. It made our experience even more enjoyable, knowing we were welcome together The facilities are stunning, with luxurious accommodations that are both elegant and comfortable. Every detail is meticulously designed, creating an inviting atmosphere. The amenities, from the spa to the dining options, are top-notch and truly enhance the experience.

- friendly staff - amazing spa - fantastic facilities with dozens of activities - delicious food (i.e melon ice cream in kayak, risotto with lobster in Armyra restaurant) - value for money the half board menu - the breakfast is okayish - relaxing atmosphere - late check out without additional cost if there is availability - the cleaning ladies are very polite and ready to help. They do great job! - the mobile app of costa navarino is very helpful.

- the ceiling in the balconies was full of small holes. The ceiling was drizzling when guests on the above floor were hanging wet towels or swimsuits. This was very annoying as we couldn't enjoy the balcony. - the private swimming pool of our room was not clean. - the quality of the food in the slouvakeria was not the best.

The facilities are superb, and having been coming here since it opened, its true to say that the place has aged very well and is very well looked after. The rooms are ultra comfy - great air con and every need catered for. Breakfasts are a particular delight.. although most of the restaurants are excellent. I liked that our 4 year granddaughter was made welcome everywhere.

Having stayed here almost every year since the opening [covid excepting] I was disappointed that the hotel couldnt arrange for us to keep one of the 3 rooms I had booked for a later check out. That aside there is very little to criticise.. this hotel group gets most things right.

The different restaurants give a food experience unlike anywhere else I know in Greece. Excellent steak, Japanese, fish etc. And not everything was expensive. The resort is so well designed, and is luxury.

We had a pushy wine waiter at Da Luigi who kept trying to upsell us and pouring drinks too fast. There were one of two signs that the hotel needed to pay a bit more attention to detail - plug didn't work, clock didn't work, I could never get through to reception, but on the whole it is a wonderful place.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been. The whole infrastructure is marvellous and there are lots of different areas to explore. Breakfast is simply perfect and the option of restaurants in the Agora area is also very good. We went to this hotel last year and decided to repeat it again this year, so much we liked it last time, but.....

but... we were a bit disappointed this year. I found the cleanness of this hotel this time very poor. Our room was not well cleaned and we had to wait for another 1 hour so that they could clean it again. Also in the restaurant by the pool, cleaning service was not as last year.

The Hotel offers a remarkable experience marked by attention to detail and the commitment of its staff. Although there were initial inconveniences regarding the room view, the promptness and responsiveness of the manager and the entire staff turned the negative into a positive experience. While the rooms may show signs of the hotel's age, they are compensated by a high level of service and a dedicated staff that significantly enhances the pleasant atmosphere. Special mention goes to the manager and the team for their exemplary professionalism. An excellent choice for those who value quality services and customer care.Exemplary Hospitality

Our stay met all our expectations. Although we booked a garden-view room, we were given a room with an open view of the mountains, the sea, and the pool. The staff were exceptional—everyone from the reception team to the cleaning services showed incredible kindness. We had dinner on the deck of our apartment with a private pool, which was magnificent. There are at least two heated pools, and the beachfront area is also wonderful.

We have been going to Costa Navarino for 10 years and it has always been a great moment for our family. Everybody is very helpful and the natural setting of Messinia is beautiful.

Tried the spa for the first time. I paid 70 (!!!) euros for a simple manicure which I think is a total ripoff ( not a very good one either - the girl none the less was very kind). Frankly there is a limit to how much you can over charge people. It costs less in Monte Carlo !

We had an amazing experience and your team, particularly Magda at the reception and Konstantinos with the buggies, made us a very positive impression. We enjoyed the surprise room upgrade, Prosecco, and dessert from Romanos Guest Experience Team, we had delicious meals in Barbouni, Pero and Kooc! You managed to create memorable moments for us and we will recommend your hotel to friends and acquaintances.
