The location was very convenient for us, as we did not want to be driving and staying in Paris itself and this area was convenient to drive to from the Rhone Valley. Also it is quite close to the Versailles Palace, as well as the trains going to and from Paris. Parking was secure underground, room/ bathroom was very comfortable and well appointed, hotel was modern and very clean and quiet, breakfast dining room was spacious and bright and the breakfasts foods many, varied and delicious, front desk and dining room staff were all very pleasant and helpful, hotel was very close to several really nice dinner restaurants.

We found the front entrance lighting was surprisingly dim and poorly lit, not even a sign indicating “Best Western”! Several nights we arrived back from full days in Paris and had difficulty finding the little path in a small park beside the hotel ( it was very dark - no streetlights whatsoever) We felt somewhat nervous walking this route( really the only one) from the train stop/ restaurants to the front door of the hotel…

Thank your team for looking after us. The receptionist greeted us and was very calm, friendly and kind. Ben and the team at reception were very accommodating. All reception staff and bar staff were so kind and friendly. The superior room was large, clean and modern. My parents really had a wonderful time. Downstairs toilets are clean too and bar area, coffee area and waiting area. The hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed everything. My parents really enjoyed their visit. We had drinks and snacks were brought out by the bar staff which was so kind and helpful.

Location is out of the way from the centre so it is a long journey to the City Centre. Makesure you get the receptionist to speak to the taxi to ensure you pay the right amount.

We stayed one night at the hotel on our roadtrip in France and this was the best place to stay in Paris given we were driving and didn't mind being a bit further from city centre. In terms of the good, the following are the highlights: 1) The hotel offered us an upgrade to the business floor despite coming with a pet which other hotels don't usually do. The room was not too spacious which was expected being located in Paris but had all the amenities we needed. 2) The shower room was clean and I loved the option to play the radio in it which was a good feature. 3) Breakfast was great and had both a continental option and full English which we were free to select. 4) All areas were pet friendly and no one made a fuss over an occasional bark. 5) Parking was free in their underground car park and it was safe with convenient access to the lifts.

The not so good: 1) The air conditioning was not powerful enough. We stayed on a not too particularly hot day which was around 23c but the A/C didn't sufficiently cool the room by bedtime which was disappointing. 2) The kettle wasn't working but we used the coffee machine which was an ok alternative. Overall, very good hotel with loads of amenities. Highly recommended if you're travelling with pets or for business.

Arrival was easy, parking very near. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient, delicious light supper served with friendly enthusiasm. Super comfortable bed and decent size room and bathroom.

Wifi didn’t work well in the evening although it was better in the morning. The whole area around the hotel -post Olympics - was a bit bleak and empty, as was the hotel. However, staff made it feel welcoming.

The room were nice and very clean (we booked two) and without carpet. They added some ammenities: energy drinks (due to the Olympics) and a couple of sweets. The room had also a couple of comfortable chairs. The didn't charge us for the parking.

Thw breakfast was quite standard I would hope for a bit more variety. The carpet in the corridor was not properly fixed and there were bumps, it looked a bit off

The breakfast was superb and the whole place looks very professional, everything clean and tidy. Most of the experience would have passed for a five star hotel.

The greatest shortcoming of this place is the location, it is quite far out in the business-outskirts of Paris and there is no underground or train nearby. There are some buses that I did not manage to experience in the end. The only unpleasant experience within the hotel was that they could not handle a substantial queue of guests checking in or out. That can lead to a lot of queuing before you get in or out (I don't mean all the time, but if you are unlucky).

Check in was organised and very efficient. Good car parking facilities underground Excellent meal in bar after arrival and breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Good soundproofing in the room

Air conditioning in room was poor and virtually non existent - not good when 34 degrees outside! Seems to be a theme in the hotel as the receptionist in the morning on check out was not surprised as it seemed to be a regular comment Wi-fi was also poor, managed to connect in the bar area but not in the hotel room.

A very nice hotel to stay in on a transport route. 8 minutes through nightmare traffic to get to the Palace by car, whew.

Expensive and outrageous price for a poor breakfast, don't bother. Access not clearly marked, it was easy to drive past the hotel without seeing the entry and having to go a mile around to try again.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Great access to public transport, secure parking as a reasonable cost, lots of restaurants close by. The beds are comfortable.

It could do with a bit of a face lift.

Well equiped rooms with all needed facilities. It is modern and comfortable business hotel. I liked the interior and I liked soud isolation. It was completly quiet in my room.

The reception bar is too expensive. We came late and sit down for a drink in a lobby and we were quite negative surprised. A bar acros the street has significat lover prices for a beer.
