Great location, friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast!

In my experience of visiting hundreds of hotels, I believe that charging for an espresso at breakfast is not appropriate for a hotel of this level. It's not about the money, but the feeling is very unpleasant and even offensive.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, good location close to tube and bus stations, close to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The lobby bar and restaurant is excellent with very good quality food and drink choice. Bartender was very nice and friendly. We received initally noisy and a bit small room on floor 5, but staff was very helpful and offered quickly alternative room.

Nothing to complain.

Our room had facilities including a kitchenette and washer/dryer and the full breakfast included in the price was excellent. The staff would go out of their way to assist in any way they could. The hotel location next to the Tower of London was great and the hop on hop off bus stop was right outside our door.

The bed was a little hard but we asked for a mattress topper which was provided.

The hotel it lovely, fantastic local and the staff were so friendly and welcoming on checkin and throughout our stay. The view from our room was beautiful. A direct view of London bridge and The tower of London.

The only problem - The matress was SO uncomfy! My husband and I took the sheets off to see why it was so lumpy. They had a matress topper on (to cover the middle partician of two smaller mattresses that the king size bed was made of) and it seems it had become 'lumpy' prehaps when it has been washed. We basically felt like we were sleeping on a bed of tennis balls. Left us having a terrible nights sleep which was a real shame as everything else about this property was fantastic!

Everything! We had a view of Tower of London. The location is fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and it was lovely to have a morning coffee overlooking the tower. Highly recommend.

The location is brilliant for exploring East London on foot. Left luggage service was very handy. Good breakfast, although we had to wait a while to be seated.

There was no bathrobe or slippers, although both are listed in the room description. Only two mugs and glasses were provided when the booking was for 4 people. There is no proper partition between the bedroom and the living room, which was a bit awkward when sharing the suite with the kids.

The location , staff , facilities . Very good hotel if you wanna stay in that area , from where by tube you can be anywhere in london within 20-30 min

We had booked a normal double room and we were upgraded to an apartment , but sadly the apartment room 101 was located in the extension of the building where you have to take 2 elevators up and down an really remember your way to the room , but the big problem was that outside this room that was located at the ground floor there were the garbage bins so not a nice view and you could not open the windows because the smell was not ok . We did not asked for a change of the room because we were only staying for 2 nights and most of the time we were out .

Staff was super friendly, location was great, right next to public transportation. There was a Hop on,Hop off stop just down the road. Breakfast had a lot of selection, hot and cold.The restaurant has a nice selection for dinner and not terribly priced. Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of storage in the closets. Bathroom was super modern and well equipped. There were plenty of plugs and USB ports by the beds.

The rooms are a little small, there isn't a real fridge in the room. The TV channel selection is terrible. Breakfast is over priced. Could not plug anything in in the bathroom. Had to fix hair in the room.

The location was excellent,staff very helpful and room was amazing .There was not one thing we could fault…Thank you for a lovely couple of days ,and we will see you again 👍

Couldn’t fault anything

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, had good kitchen facilities and a good washer/dryer combo. Bathrooms are very spacious. There is also a type of suite/studio that has a sitting are and a real kitchenette as well as a washer/dryer. Location is excellent - even thought it is not in the plumb center the tube station is right at the hotel, with the most relevant lines (Circle and District) for the major attractions. The concierge was very helpful.

The superior studio is basically a regular hotel room, somewhat larger than usual in London, but the kitchenette is disappointing - basically only a mini fridge coffee machine and kettle, which take up a third of the closet. There was a nightstand only on one side of the bed. The breakfast buffet is really not up to par with this standard of hotel in terms of choice or taste, and very expensive (20 GBP night before or 27 GBP on the day). There are a Pret a Manger and a Cafe 5 min walk away which offer much better choices at significantly lower cost.
