We LOVED the location it was perfect!!!

The guy who was helping with breakfast was extremely rude. My husbands waffle got stuck to the pan and he was trying to scrape off the waffle that got stuck and the man took the fork out of my husbands hand and made him back up. Then when it was my turn he put out his hand and said NO when I attempted to make my own waffle. The room also had a small funk to it and it did not smell very clean, we did have to keep spraying freebrezze.

Location, clean, value.

Hot Breakfast was not as abundant in choices compared to other places we stayed at during our visit in the area. There are people living in the hotel using it as temporary housing. Room 219 has a damaged window frame so that window does not close because the metal is actually bent preventing it. It was raining during our visit and the window stayed open 2’’ which made the heater run non stop. We weren’t cold, but could hear more street noise as a result. We did report it to the front desk.

The room was nice. It had all of the amenities and it was clean. The location was great. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

The bathroom door was a pocket door and it had swelled to the point that it was difficult to open and close and the paint was scraped off of it indicating that it had been that way for a while.

The staff was very very very very friendly upon checking in I didn't see anyone checking out

I was fine with everything. The beds was a very comfortable. But I would stay again and it was very convenient to the venue so it was fine

I thought they would have more options for breakfast. I was expecting eggs, sausage/bacon…. I like that the fitness center is open 24 hours

Great personnel from check-in to check out. Not sure why but shower temp never got over barely luke warm. Cold showers i the army were never fun. Paying for anything less than a satisfyingly warm shower is never good.

The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of towels were provided. It had all the comforts one would need away from home while traveling: an iron, microwave, blow dryer.

The continental breakfast was okay. I was hoping for some kind of protein, like eggs or sausage, and there was none. I ended up having a self-made waffle and a banana. But the waffle and banana filled me, which was important.

The room was nice..the area was very good shopping walking distance

Didn't like the breakfast because there wasn't enough items to choose from no hot food no meats to choose from

Location was great. Facility was overall clean. At first room smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking facility. This is well posted. Housekeeping aired out room and deodorized.

Some sound proofing needs to be done. We had loud neighbors but front desk did address the issue with occupants. A complimentary breakfast is included but a variety of fresh fruit would be nice. We stayed 5 nights and there were only bananas offered. There were a lot of sweet rolls offered but yogurt would be a nice healthy alternative.
