It looked brand new. The elevator always smelled like a clothes dryer which was very nice. Everything was very clean. Really loved the unique furniture setup with the rolling desk and tv shelf and mini fridge area. Everything in the room and out felt very brand new and stylish. Was very surprised by the forward contemporary design.

Could of used extra pillows and towels and toilet paper. Didn’t really like bugging people to ask for some of that. The room was giant which felt empty and the one window shade didn’t work. Was expecting a king size bed but don’t think it was in fact a king. If check out time is noon, the breakfast and coffee and food area all needs to be open till at least noon or 1 or 2pm. People may want lunch. And or definitely a coffee before leaving. It seems smarter to keep people around and spend money then sending them off to Starbucks.

I liked the convenience of being just down the road & around the corner from Soaring Eagle casino. Loved how the room looked brand new & very clean! Great job to the staff! Thank you.

I feel they should at least have free coffee & a free continental breakfast for their guests in the morning.

It was very clean and very appealing. The room was extremely comfortable as far as the bed and the furniture. The bathroom was very nice.

It was hot. Our room was so hot we turned on the air conditioner for the duration of our stay. I was looking forward to a nice session in the fitness room but it was so hot that there was no way I was going to exert myself in that uncomfortable heat.

Very clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was very good. Breakfast was good although they ran out of bread for toast and didn’t refill.

The floor in our room shook a little which caused clinking sounds from the closet. The shower head barely had water coming out. Everything else was great!

The location was perfect for our trip. The rooms and pool were nice

The breakfast bar doesn't stay open for people that wake up later for breakfast. We were not able to pay cash for our room and was told we had to pay with a card and when we checked out could pay in cash and be reimbursed our card charges.

Beautiful facility. Looks like it’s just been remodeled. The rooms are beautiful. Everything is super clean. The staff was really friendly.

Just like society, they price gouge when a popular singer is playing at Soaring Eagle. I paid over $300 for one night stay when it should be $140.

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was really nice. Super close to the casino.

No free breakfast and the breakfast ended at 10 so we couldn't get it anyways.

Loved that the room was truly wheelchair accessible! The room was large enough for my husbands wheelchair to easily maneuver. The bathroom had a wheelchair accessible roll in shower, and there was enough room for him to maneuver easily in the bathroom.

Better sound insulation, could hear doors slamming, car alarms, noisy people in the room next door and hallway.

We enjoyed everything, Room was clean, liked having the toiletries in the bathroom. Quite, Clean.

except for the charge if you wanted breakfast, We felt that free breakfast should have been part of the stay.

The hotel was clean, the staff was awesome and the breakfast was great ( nice selection to choose from). I booked my reservation through Booking.com and paid $384.00 for two nights (very reasonable). I will be staying there again.

The hotel is not dated. It is updated like all the other Holiday Express. The bed was very comfortable.
