Always love the Plaza for the location. Establishment is always clean and well kept. Staff is very nice and polite. This is one of the best places to stay. We are already making plans for same trip next Thanksgiving

Reservations were non-refundable (Booking.com) on a specific room I selected. No big deal, I was okay with that. However, I was not okay that my room had been changed. I did not know of this until the day I got there, and according to the manager on duty, I was supposedly informed of the change. Now maybe the notification went to spam, and I don't know ... but if I couldn't change any of my reservations without a penalty, I feel I should have been comped some for the change that was made (that was not of my doing)

We stayed in room 407. Living room furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking in private parking lot. Grocery store and Pismo Beach nearby. Ice maker in the freezer. Pocket door separates bedroom. Quiet area at night despite being near a private airport. WiFi included. TVs had built in Roku.

Worn non-stick coating on cookware. No kitchen knife but there were cutting boards which made meal prep difficult. Coffee maker used those round filter pouches. Bathroom light would not turn on. Bathtub drain was clogged by previous guests and I cleaned it out myself. Water is scalding hot and does not need to be set that high. No trash pick up and you have to dump your own trash and get a new bag from the office. I would of liked air conditioning but coastal breeze was cool through open windows during our stay.

Excellent location near the beach. We used the laundry room which was reasonable priced. The other guests are considerate and follow the property guidelines. Free parking, WiFi, and cable TV. Our rental had wonderful beach decor that we really enjoyed. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. They even came and changed the batteries in the front door lock.

If you have a back apartment, it’s a little walk from the parking lot. So we tried to make fewer trips to carry our belongings. The bathroom is not handicapped accessible (if needed.) The toilet is low and there are no grab bars.

Great value for money. Having the whole condo to ourselves was amazing. Parking right outside the condo. The condo was sufficiently big for 3 people. Fully functional kitchen. Just a very short walk to the beach and vehicular area of sand dunes. Sure the whole place looked a bit tired, but it was all very clean and exceeded expectations for the price we paid.

Some of the interior needs some updating. The "patio" and the "furniture" in it right outside the entrance of the condo was quite dirty. The bed was not very comfortable for side-sleepers.

I appreciated the location. It was further out, but quiet and the drive was beautiful. The bedroom bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the pull out bed was not. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Over all the room was very nice, comfortable, and most importantly for me with 3 little ones, I was able to bring groceries and that made it possible to feed them there in the full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there and my granddaughters loved it!

Didn't like the lack of water pressure for shower and mattress of pull out bed. Other than that I was happy with everything the room offered.

My young child and I got out of LA from the Fires, Our first room had an issue, and they immediately moved me into an even better suite ! Nanette and Heather were great and made our stay great ! The location is awesome. You can walk to the beach in minutes, and you are so close to all the great things in the 5 cities area. It was a great value to rent a suite with kitchen, you can cook your own food and really have a home away from home experience. really great ! thanks again to all the staff.

Location near Oceano Beach was wonderful. Took walks to and from daily. Easy access to hwy 1, Grover, and Pismo Beaches. Comfortable and clean. No frills, which was fine. Ceiling fans offer comfort even in hot weather.

Needed a little more maintenance. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. However, repair, when reported, was swift. A couple of table lamps weren't operable. Internet came and went and had a weak signal. Don't expect to work remotely if you go there.

The property is no frills, but our room was great. Larger than expected, kitchen came with a little dining table, glassware and full fridge, fireplace and sound system was fun. Bedroom was roomy and place was clean. Great place to pre-function with friends and stay the night if you're going to Great American Melodrama.

Check in was awkward due to technical issues. We waited at desk a long time while computer re-booted etc. After 1/2 an hour they finally called management and said just give them the keys (we were already paid through booking.com and i had confirmation on phone.) Staff was very nice but not empowered to handle what could have been an easy situation.

I really enjoyed our little getaway! My fiancé and I stayed in a studio we wanted something small and simple because we wanted to stay near his family who was staying at the campground across the street from this resort, therefore we didn’t want anything too expensive but still really close to his family. And this resort was honestly our BEST decision yet!! we were sooo close to his family but we still had our privacy! It was so warm and cozy, very comfortable. Showers were so clean and bedding was just so neat and clean.

I will say that our studio had a door with access to the room next to us. My fiancé & myself kept it locked at ALL times. We didn’t even try opening it after realizing that it was the room next to us. I just feel like this was a lack of privacy because of how easily someone could just walk into the room beside them. My fiancé and I of course had NO intention of walking into someone else’s room, but just because we had that common sense doesn’t mean everyone else will have it too. I feel like those doors should just not be accessible at all unless rooms are booked to be connected. It didn’t feel right knowing my fiancé and I had that amount of access to someone else’s room.
