The location was absolutely amazing! The owners were amazing too, really welcoming and very friendly.

Shared shower/ toilet facilities, however they were very clean and felt more private than we expected.

Extremely friendly welcoming from the hosts and their lovely dog.

The drain of the shower didn't function perfectly and the cleanliness of the drain and the shower curtain could definitely be improved. Breakfast was quite simple, a little bit limited. Only cereals and some bread with marmalades, coffee and tea. No "continental" breakfast warm plates or cheese etc.

Excellent location, very quite very comfortable room with an exceptional view, very good standard for a "refuge" - excellent, cordial and attentive welcome table d'hote and breakfast of very good quality, all homemade - I loved the homemade jams!

nothing to say, everything went very well!

Nothing

Believe me, I travel a lot, in particular in France and Switzerland for a number of years, and I have never encountered a worse hotel. There are times when I don’t like something in particular, but in this place I experienced only negative emotions, although I tried very hard to find something positive. 1. It was very cold in the hotel. The owner explained that it was not the season for heating and could only offer blankets. It was really very cold in the room. A couple of days later we were in Chamonix and there were no such problems there, the radiators were regulated and everything was in order. 2. The room and many things were dirty. There were cobwebs all over the furniture. In the hotel you have to take off your shoes to get to the room. OK, this is normal practice. But can you wash the floors or offer slippers if your floors are dirty (a photo of my socks after I walked is attached)? 3. With such a low temperature in the room, naturally after a shower, the towels cannot dry on their own, and there is nowhere to dry them. I approached the owner and asked to replace the towels, which had been wet for the second day, to which I was told that the towels are changed only according to a certain schedule. After arguing with me a bit, I finally got the towels replaced. It's very strange, how can guests live with wet towels waiting for them to be replaced after 7 days? 4. Breakfast. This is just ridiculous. Every morning you have a choice of not-so-fresh bread, two (!) pieces of butter and about 6 types of jam and a couple of jars of oatmeal. That's it. 5. Weak WI-FI. To summarize, from all the points, I get the personal impression that the owners are very stingy people who are trying to save money, starting from the supply of heat and ending with breakfast. For this money, you can definitely find a much better hotel with a more beautiful location.
